This is what staying in an Airbnb is supposed to be like. Perfect communication, easy check-in, no issues! Check out requirements were literally lock the door and Have a good day. This place is perfection. The hosts have gone to great lengths to make sure you have everything you could possibly need, and then some! Perfect location in Gainesville, 10-15 minutes from campus, great local restaurants and grocery stores even closer, and a peaceful, beautiful location. When I had a small issue with the code on the front door when I was trying to check-in, I texted the hosts and they responded immediately and got me inside in 5 minutes. Phenomenal experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

What a lovely spot. Small, clean, comfortable home. Numerous coffee options- keurig, caraf, French press. Really appreciated as we love our coffee. Half mile from depot park. Beautiful quiet surroundings. Bird song in the am as I sat on the porch with my coffee while my dog wandered the fenced in yard. (Kait even supplied doggie poo bags).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kait’s very comfortable house. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spic and span with space to put your bathroom bag and lots of hooks to hang clothes and towels (a rarity!) and the kitchen was well-equipped. I easily cooked a meal there one night. Parking by the door, and a spotless laundry were added bonuses. We only had two nights there and we were working but it was a really lovely little home to spend time in. I especially loved the rocking chair in the living room. This house had a really good feeling about it from the moment we stepped inside, aided of course, by Kait’s very friendly, welcoming texts. Space, comfort, a warm welcome and good, practical design in a cosy home. Perfect.

Loved the vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. The beds were super soft and comfortable. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. We followed the host’s recommendations and visited La Chua Trailhead and saw gators, birds and horses. Great place to stay. Thank you
