Plenty of parking, two cars fit in the driveway (if you pull one in the grass) and there is street parking on two sides. Could fit a large trailer or moving truck in the street parking, and it's a quiet street.

Getting around

Private driveway for two cars. Plenty of street parking. Downtown is 1 mile walk, takes about 25 minutes.

Easiest downtown parking outside of business hours is the GRU lot (SE 3rd St and SE 4th Ave). Happy to help with that if you reach out!

We have a few waters for you in the fridge. House features a French press and kettle, or Keurig with coffee available. The bunk bed is really awesome. Most kid stuff is in the bunk room closet. A few toys, games, high chair, pack n' play. Anything else you need for the littles, if you message me ahead of your stay, I may be able to provide.
