Welcome to Kona! We're thrilled to have you stay in our spacious, townhouse-style condo.

As you'll discover, the location is truly unbeatable. You're just steps from the ocean and a short walk to the heart of Kona. Plus, the condo boasts amazing ocean views from both floors. Despite being close to town, the complex is tucked away from the main street, offering a quiet and serene setting.

We hope you'll enjoy waking up to stunning ocean views and sipping coffee on your private lanai off the master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to observe humpback whales, spinner dolphins, and other marine life.

The condo features:

* **First floor:** Full kitchen, dining/living area with smart TV and WiFi, washer/dryer, half bathroom, and air conditioning.
* **Second floor:** Master bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, and AC; guest bedroom with two twin beds, ceiling fan, and portable AC; shared full bathroom.
* **Additional sleeping:** Queen air mattress (sleeps 2) in the living room.

What a nice stay ! We had a wonderful stay at this cozy two-bedroom spot in Kona! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My friend and i loved home cooked food. Everything we need is already there pots and pans and plate The location was super convenience close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, which made exploring Kona so easy. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base for adventures on the Big Island. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here! There were 5 of us and it fit us perfectly. The pool was super nice and wasn't very crowded so we had it to ourselves. The shoreline is also a short walk away. I highly recommend!

This place is minutes walk to downtown Kona where all the fun is! The place was very clean. We didn't experience any sand on the floors or linens. The sheets were very clean and fully stocked towels and extra linens. The AC was amazing and running well. The pool was wonderful and surprisingly 8ft deep. All I would say is to bring your own spices such as salt and pepper. The bathrooms had bar soap of shampoo and bar soap of body wash. I would also bring toiletries. The king bed was extremely comfortable and perfect!Overall, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Getting around

Often referred to as Kona by locals, Kailua-Kona is a beautiful seaside town in the heart of the Kona district. Set on the western coast of the Big Island, it’s a sunny spot with white-sand beaches where you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Once a sleepy fishing village, this sun-soaked part of the island is only a few miles south of Kona International Airport. One of the best ways to experience this area and its spectacular island views is by taking a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront.

The condo is 5-10 minute walk to the historic oceanfront downtown Kona Village, its many restaurants and bars as well as convenience stores, souvenir shopping, shave ice, surf shops, boat rental, luau and the annual Ironman competition. Don’t forget about the incredible Kailua Bay sunset!
