Upon completing my college program, I had the great fortune to experience a brief professional career playing basketball in Europe.
I now live in Arlington Virginia. I am an IT Specialist managing a high-profile data program for the U.S. Government.
My most remarkable achievement was raising three wonderful and successful children.

2. Admission to apartments must be granted to authorized AOAO representatives for the purposes of (a) pest control spraying, (b) preventing or minimizing water damage to other apartments or the common area, (c) or responding to emergency.
3. For immediate safety concerns at night, please contact Security. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM. However, all noise, i.e. radios, TVs, stereos, children, vehicles, must be controlled at all times. Daytime complaints may be called to 822-9331; Nighttime complaints are to be reported to the police non-emergency line 241-1711.
4. Cooking or open fires on lanais is strictly prohibited. Bar-B-Qs are available on the grounds for use before 9 PM.
5. Window areas, lanais, railings, and lanai furniture are to be free of towels, bathing apparel, clothing; brooms, mops, water toys, cartons, drying racks, etc. so that these and similar items are unseen from other apartments or outside.
6. Lighting or throwing of fireworks, including firecrackers and sparklers anywhere on or into the grounds or within any building, including lanais, is expressly prohibited.
7. All garbage and trash are to be bagged, sealed, and placed in trash containers.
8. Throwing anything from lanais, windows, balconies, or entrances is prohibited.
9. No vehicles may be parked or left unattended in the delivery areas adjacent to the apartment building or office; nor shall any unauthorized person's vehicle utilize the parking spaces marked for use of persons with disabilities.
10. No pets shall be allowed or kept in any part of the property except for certified guide dogs, signal dogs or other animals upon which an individual depends for assistance. Feeding of any birds, cats or other animals is harmful to them and to other property and is prohibited.
11. No banners, signs, or other objects shall be displayed, hung from, or placed on any lanai, eave, railing or window.
12. Water recreation: Pool hours are 8:00AM to 10:00 PM, for occupants and guests only. Children are permitted in the pool area only under adult supervision. Compliance with:
a. Pool rules posted in the pool area, and
b. Ocean hazard signs posted along the beachfront are required.
c. Pool-safe diapers are required when needed to maintain the quality of the swimming pool water.
OCEAN CAUTION! The beach requires user awareness. The double reef fronting the property causes rip currents. Swimming is not recommended; no lifeguard is on duty. When on the beach or the rocks along the beach, NEVER turn ones back to the ocean. LYDGATE PARK, a short beach walk north, offers salt-water swimming, and has lifeguard services.
13. The tennis court is available by listing with the front desk on the day of play. Only tennis shoes are acceptable footwear. When others are waiting, the play is limited to two hours.
14. The "Smoke-Free Hawaii Law prohibits smoking within 20 feet of buildings. This includes outside lanai area of units.
The above is a short form of the House Rules for practical, short-term occupancy purposes. Long-term occupants are encouraged to obtain a copy of the full official House Rules from the front office.
