Great place for my little vacation to get away while having to do some some WFH while away. Exactly as pictured, clean, good WI-FI and had everything I needed. Quick & good communication/responses to questions. Short walk to the beach and Coligny. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Kimberly’s place was perfect. The condo was exactly as shown in the listing and was a short 3 min walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for a couple getaway to enjoy some relaxation and some great dining in the area. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay! 5 minutes or less walk to the beach was perfect. Walking distance to other restaurants and fun shops as well. Just a short drive to other areas! We had 3 adults and it was cramped, but nothing we couldn’t manage. We never had any noise issues and it was peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay at Just Beachy HHI. The location is great. This was our first time staying in the Coligny area and felt like we were close to everything. The building was quiet at night and we never had any noise disturbances like we have experience with other similar condo-like buildings on the island. The unit was well equipped for our needs. I appreciated the small things such as the drying rack on the balcony (I don't know why they don't all have this, I loved this addition) and knowing that the front door code is changed with every new reservation.

I sent my son and his wife here for their honeymoon. He is stationed in the uk and was absolutely ecstatic that this was military owned and operated. Kimberly's family even sent them a gift from one military family to another. Her place is absolutely worth the money. I will definately stay here when in hilton head.

Welcome to Just Beachy HHI! 🌊 To ensure your safety and enhance your beachside experience, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our laid-back rules:

🐾 Pet-Free Paradise: Sorry, furry friends need to catch the waves elsewhere. No pets are allowed in the villas or on the property. (Fines may apply for any sneaky critters.)

🔥 Grill & Chill: Fire up the barbecue spirit! Grilling is permitted only on provided grills in our designated grill area, see map for more info.

🚗 Parking Zen: Keep the good vibes flowing with a yellow parking permit and valid license plate for all vehicles. Sorry, no boats, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, or mopeds allowed here. (The Parking permit allows us to contact you if there are any issues in the parking lot)

🚲 Ride the Wave: Cruise on your bike, but remember to park it in our provided bike racks only, located beach side underneath the building, see map for more info.

🌺 Balcony Beautification: Keep our views picture-perfect. Please refrain from hanging anything from the balcony railing.

🌙 Peaceful Seas: Let the gentle waves lull you to sleep during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. If noise becomes a wave you can't ride, call the Sheriff's Department for assistance. This includes washers and dryers.

🚭 Breathe Easy: Keep our salty air fresh! No smoking on property, to include the balcony in any common building areas, elevators, hallways, or laundry rooms.

🗑️ Trash Talk: Toss your troubles away in the dumpsters provided at the street end of the building. All items should take a dive into the dumpster. See map for location.

🏠 Home Sweet Villa: Keep your personal paradise tidy. Store all personal items inside your villa; nothing should be left in the hallways outside your villa.

🏊 Poolside Serenity: Dive into relaxation mode! Our pools are exclusively for villa occupants and their guests..

🤙 Hang Ten: Should any issues arise, catch a wave of solutions by contacting the villa owner or your rental agency.

🚭🐾🎉 Just a friendly reminder: No smoking, no pets, and let's keep the party vibes mellow. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. 🌴
