Beautiful and stylishly remodeled condo just steps from Hilton Head's main beach. Enjoy ocean views from the porch while in walking distance to Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment. This cozy condo has been completely refreshed and everything new for 2021. The villa comes with bikes, beach chairs and a full kitchen, everything you need for a beach vacation. We have direct beach access on the property and just a short walk to Hilton Head's new Celebration Park My Wife and I live about 10 min from the property. We are here if needed or for just a good local recommendation. Seaside is a gated, ocean front complex situation on Hilton Head's premier beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut and the new Celebration Park. Biking is the main transport on Hilton Head. There are miles of trails and you can ride on the beach. Two bikes are provided for you and there are several rental companies in walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and even grocery stores a short walk away, so you really don't need a car unless you want to explore other parts of our island. Uber and Lyft are available. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Our family had the best time here! Jeremy went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and was very accommodating! The location is beautiful, steps to the beach! The bedroom can become hot if you are hot natured, which we are, but there are ceiling fans and plug in fans as well! The bunks are a little narrow if you mamas anticipate for kiddos to sleep together, but my kiddos slept great! Such a cute cozy getaway! We will be back!

This was our second stay at Jeremy’s place and it was another amazing trip! The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach and a pool to enjoy as well. The condo is clean and comfortable and fits the needs of my family (me, my husband, and two young children) perfectly.

Compact but Well-Appointed Beach Base
Stayed here for a week in late June, during the height of the beach season. The place is compact, without a lot of spare space, but clean, very well located, and very well-equipped for a couple or small family on a beach vacation. It was a great place to stay. The location is in a building that fronts onto Coligny Beach, and the ocean is clearly visible from the unit - such that eating meals outside on the small deck allows guests to really enjoy the view. The building was full to bursting the week I was there, but I didn’t have any problems with noise or finding enough parking. This building gets a lot of hard use during the tourist season, but the hosts have made a special effort to keep the unit clean, well maintained and nice-looking. Everything worked, and I had everything I needed. The one word of caution I’d leave relates to the coin laundry room just across the hall from the unit. A couple of the machines, including the change-making machine, were out of order while I was there, making laundry a bit of a challenge. This is not the hosts’ fault, but something to be aware of for future visitors. Another important note - my travel schedule was a little unusual and I really appreciated Kendall’s efforts to accommodate me. It made things a lot more convenient and allowed me to enjoy the island more thoroughly on my vacation. This was a good base for my vacation. I’ll definitely look at Kendall’s place as possible accommodations on future visits.

We loved it! Our kids loved the balcony, we booked it very last minute and Jeremy was able to get it ready for us within an hour of booking it! He checked in with us the next morning to make sure we had everything we needed! Even went so far as to have 2 beautiful cookies waiting for us on the table when we arrived, our kids ate them before we even got to take a picture! Everything was perfect!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
