Make yourself at home and relax at this renovated and newly furnished studio condo at The Shores of the Grand Traverse Resort. This second floor bayfront condo features a secluded-feeling balcony with excellent sunset views of East Bay. The condo is bright and beautifully decorated. There is a large flat screen TV and a full bath. The kitchenette offers a microwave, refrigerator, and double range to cook a warm meal during your stay.



"The Shores". Located on 600 sandy feet of East Grand Traverse Bay. It is close to everything that the Traverse City area has to offer: amazing beaches, professional golf courses, more than 2 dozen wineries, great restaurants and fantastic shopping.



Bring your beach towels and enjoy the sand and swimming just steps from the condo! There are beach chairs in the condo for you to use. Blue Sky Rentals is located right on the beach and provides convenient boat, kayak and SUP rentals during the summer! We recommend calling ahead to reserve your boat or water sports equipment.



The condo is privately owned and has no Grand Traverse Resort amenities (like the pool at the beach & the resort gym). However, the golf courses, the spa, the shops and the restaurants at the Grand Traverse Resort are open to the public.

My husband and I spent our mini honeymoon weekend here and it was everything we wanted and more!! It was so beautiful and we had a great time. Kati was AMAZING!!! If we needed anything she was on it!!! 10/10 recommend!!

Charming buffet size condo. in a beautiful private serene woodsy setting. We loved having coffee on the deck every morning & enjoying the view & even walked on the beach one day. Bed was very comfortable & shower was great! Loved the helpful book on Traverse City. It was unusually hot while we were there & AC just wasn’t able to keep up. Great place to stay & nicely appointed.

My wife and I stayed at Kati’s place for two nights as a relaxing getting away up north. Kati was great with replying to our questions. We were amazed with the view as soon as we walked in the door. Just as the photo’s showed! We enjoyed coffee at table 12 coffee house & Christian book store and the beautiful waters of east grand traverse bay and torch lake (must see). Highly recommend this bnb for its stunning view and calm surroundings! 10/10!

What a beautiful space! Perfect for a relaxing getaway with my husband. Great accommodations, and Kati even left us a sweet card with a treat along with a list of recommended places to eat and things to do. The place was spotless with beautiful views of the Grand Traverse Bay. She also left beach chairs that we took with us for the quick steps to the waterfront and watched sunsets and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Amazing spot and so worth it!!

Kati’s condo on the lake is super charming and a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Conveniently located to Traverse City or if you’re headed up to Mackinaw City like we did one day. Kati thought of all the little details that make a stay worry-free. Full size coffee pot, beautiful decor and the most comfortable bed. And the beach is right outside your balcony…ahh glorious.
