Welcome to Joshua Tree Library House! We’re just 5 minutes from Park Blvd and another 6 minutes to the West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. We love books, and encourage you to dive into one of our good books with a cup of warm coffee or cool drink. Relax in the jacuzzi and around the firepit, stargaze in the dark sky, and marvel at the peaceful sunrise each morning. There are also board games, card games and a game room for your enjoyment. Message me for a video tour of the home!

I recommend driving, approximately 2 hrs from Orange County, or 45 minutes from Palm Springs airport, as taxi or other rides might be hard to find.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking please. Please feel free to use the house slippers in the basket next to the TV in the living room. Please leave the linens on the bed when you go - no need to make or strip the bed! Please put any used dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you go. THANK YOU. Please read the instructions in the navy binder regarding the spa. For WATER SAFETY, the straps must be clipped and locked down if/when the spa is unattended or not in use. Please make sure the doors are closed and locked (Front door, door from primary bedroom to patio, and sliding door from dining room). I appreciate it!

Refundable Damage Deposit

Will be returned 2 days after checkout.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive 50% refund for all nights.
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they will forfeit entire cost of stay.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
