This Historical Home was built in the early 1900's. Totally renovated, with all the charm of New Orleans. Our New Orleans Creole shotgun home is very spacious with new furniture and all the making of a comfortable home.
The Historical Bywater neighborhood is an artsy area with easy access to the Quarter, Frenchman St, Crescent Park, cafes, restaurants, grocery, park, and bars all within walking distance. 1.4 miles to the French Quarter and 3 blocks to Chartres St. & the Mississippi River.
Welcome, and enjoy our Historic Bywater neighborhood.
We are close enough to the French Quarter to walk (15 -20-minute walk), but still far enough to not have the noise, expensive parking and activity of the French Quarter. If the walk is too much just call Uber For Around $6-10.00 (taxi), or rent a bike.

The Brennah Rose Place has a Living room with hardwood floors, TV, sofa and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished, (but who wants to cook when you're in New Orleans and you have all this good food).
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and hardwood floors.
Primary bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed, also has a full-size bed for guest traveling with small children that would like them to sleep in the same room with them and TV.
Bathroom #1 consists of a toilet and combination tub/shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided. Bathroom #2 consist of a toilet and shower. Shampoo and Conditioning are not provided

The Brennah Rose Place has all you need with a driveway and off street parking always close to the house. Plenty of street and building lights at night for when you return in the wee hours of the morning.

“Excellent stay!!”
The house was very suitable for 2 couples. We found we had plenty of space and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio area for winding down after spending all day walking around NOLA! The beds were very comfy, the house is spotless. I appreciated all the little things, such as face wipes, shampoo, etc. We took an uber everywhere we needed to be - it's about $10 average to get you to Bourbon street. I also want to point out how accommodating the hosts were. They allowed us to have a late check out since our flight wasn't leaving until late evening (and gave us an early check-in - thank you). That was greatly appreciated~! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great spot in NOLA. Thank again!

“PERFECT”
Perfect!
The place I originally booked canceled on us at the last minute. In my panicked search to find a new place, I stumbled upon this listing. A quick message and call to Cathy calmed me down and I was booked for a stay at her beautiful property. I consider it a very lucky accident that got us here since it turned out to be the best choice for my family. The place is super clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Cathy and Tony are wonderful people and took great care of us. We have family in New Orleans and visit often, we’ve already decided we will only be staying in one of Cathy and Tony’s properties.

Thanks, we really enjoyed talking and eating with you and your husband. First time we had a guest ask us to eat. It was an Italian dish and it was delicious it was so good I ask for the recipe. Dawn, her husband and their baby girl were great and I would love to host them again. We are looking forward to their next stay to show them a little of our culture. Oh yeah, and to eat some fresh oyster straight of the boat.

This home is a lovely well maintained home with lots of personal touches.
Our hosts were very friendly. The house is a home not just a plain rental. It's comfortable and has everything you need in your home away. The Bywater area is an interesting neighborhood and it looks like homes are being renovated . It's a little sad that an apartment building is being built across the street.

Thanks we do take a lot of pride in our rentals and we love to host. Regarding the building across the street, that’s no apartments that’s very high end Condo units that are going for $600,000 to over a million dollars. The property in Bywater area are very expensive. It’s a lovely, friendly hipster neighborhood. That’s why we love it there and try to stay there when we don’t have guest staying at one of our 3 rentals. Thanks again Cathy and Tony Goutierrez

The home is adorable and the beautifully painted brick pops out the second you drive up. There’s an abundance of toiletries, towels, bedding and household supplies on hand. The Airbnb pics well represent an attractive, comfortable, clean and well kept home. Plenty of street parking directly in front of the house. There is more than the French Quarter to be experienced in New Orleans. Bywater is a great neighborhood to venture out in. Great restaurants, charming homes, eclectic group of residents. The owners are welcoming and quick to answer. I’m looking forward to a future visit.

“Love staying in the Gabrielle Grace Manor”
Has our friends discussed with us, we much prefer staying in a house together than in a hotel. Cathy and Tony's place exceeded all expectations. Their communication was excellent. The location is great, no busy streets, walk to numerous restaurants that are all listed high on review sites. The house itself is older yet does not in anyway take away from the ambiance. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, could spend a week there cooking because of the full kitchen, and great back porch area. It was a little cold during our visit so we did not sit there. When we come back in the summer, we will be out there.

Our Story
My husband and I were born and raised only minutes from New Orleans in an area known as St. Bernard Parish. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou where we learned to live off the land. This led us to start a seafood business selling and shipping shrimp, crab, oysters, and fish primarily to New Orleans and Baltimore allowing our families and us to share our love with the beautiful city of New Orleans.

“Excellent stay!!”
