This 3-story villa with ocean views and access to the resort style pool is located in Crescent Cove a controlled access 24 hour security guard managed property located within Palmas Del Mar Resort, a unique beachfront resort.

You may park your car in any open spot.
If you plan on renting a golf cart for your stay please give me a heads up as I will have to let our HOA and security know.
There are two specific areas in our community you can park your golf cart. All golf carts have to be parked in one of the two designated areas, marked with signs.
The designated parking areas are along the wall by palmas doradas and another area close to the guardhouse.

Smart lock
Upon arrival into Palmas del Mar Resort - Go through the visitor gate and you can show rental agreement. They will give you a pass for how many days you are renting for.
When you arrive at Crescent Cove you can provide your name to the guard, they should have you on file and give you access to the complex.
Upon booking you should have immediately received a message which provided you two ways of accessing the villa. One via a virtual key thru the ‘August’ app and also a code that you can use on the front door keypad.
If for some reason both of these methods isn’t working for you contact us as we do have a lock box in case of emergency off to the left of the front door located on the trash pickup.

Please call, text, or email us with any questions 972-838-8291. If you can’t reach me, you can call Nancy at 909-268-5238. At night, call my cell phone 2 times in a row if it’s an emergency.
Check-In: 3:00PM / Check-Out: By 11:00AM MAX OCCUPANCY 7 PEOPLE
If you leave the property after 11:00AM on your checkout day (without getting approval from The Owner), there will be a charge of $100/hr. For example, if you leave the property at 11:15AM, you will be charged $100
*Please notify me within 12 hours in regards to any cleaning issues.
** DO NOT use the self-clean function on the oven. It will damage the oven & you will be liable for damages. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. If anything (wipes/feminine products.)
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM-7AM. IF THE POLICE ARE CALLED, YOU WILL BE FINED AND LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.
Trash compartment is located outside the front door to the bottom right as you are walking out. The trash company will open the compartment door & pick-up trash once daily. MAKE SURE ALL TRASH IS IN THE Bags.
Parking is first come first served.
Games are in the drawer under staircase for your enjoyment.
Living room sofa is a sofa sleeper. Bedding and pillows are located in the master closet. There is privacy screen that closes off the living room for privacy if desired. Please make sure you pull the privacy screens and blinds on the track in the same direction as the track and not out.
Any damage to property including stains on sofa and chair will be deducted from deposit.
HOUSE RULES:
• Be a good neighbor. Be respectful of the people around you.
• NO SMOKING IN PROPERTY PERIOD.
• NO parties or events allowed.
• NO subleasing
• NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
• Please take extra care of your key lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please do your dishes.
• NO illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Be cautions when burning candles to not leave them unattended.
• Pets MUST be registered and approved by owner per complex policy are only allowed for rentals over 30 days.
At check out: Please do the following:
Start a load of towels. Bring all used towels down to laundry area.
Cleaners appreciate any laundry help.
Take all trash out if compactor is full there are several dumpsters located in close proximity in the parking lot.
Wash all dishes and start the dishwasher if needed. Make sure all doors & windows are closed & locked. Make sure the blinds are closed.
Make sure all thermostats are set to 82 degrees
Make sure all damages are reported so repairs can be made.
Feel free to leave any unopened drinks. Clear out fridge of all food. The cleaners or next guests always appreciate it. Text house manager upon exiting so we know when you leave so I can notify cleaners.
