We are a local family owned business. We take pride in our home and want you to look foward to coming back again in the future. We give you your privacy but are always a text away.

You will receive a message as soon as you book that will ask you to confirm your information and sign a Rental Agreement. From that point on, you will receive guest information by email so please check your spam if you have not received a Welcome message. You should receive a link to your Digital Guidebook within 48 hours, which has check-in information and food and activity recommendations. You will receive your entry code 48 hours before check-in.

In addition, you will receive a video walk-through that you can share with your family and friends!

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of Kitchen essentials including spices, olive oil, vinegar and more. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes.

✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested.

✹ BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too!

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, a baby monitor, and more. See the amenities page for more details.

The Upstairs Living Room offers a large comfy couch with electric reclining chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite shows on Roku or Fire TVs.
For those who need to balance work and leisure, we provide a spacious office area complete with a desk, chair, and printer. This well-equipped workspace ensures you can seamlessly blend your professional commitments with the joy of your vacation.

★KITCHEN
The fully loaded kitchen includes a 36” gas Haier range, refrigerator with filtered water and ice, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. You'll find ample pots, pans, china, silverware, wine and champagne glasses, and other essentials.

★MAIN DINING AREA
Gather in the living room by the fire place for TV night or some family board games. The long dining table by the ceiling-height windows is perfect for elegant dinners with loved ones. Seating for 10

★KITCHEN DINING AREA
A second indoor dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with a tall table for 8 with expansive views .

★GAME ROOM/LAUNDRY ROOM LEVEL
The laundry room provides a high-speed washer/dryer and an additional sub-zero refrigerator in the game room for your convenience. There's an indoor ping pong table with new paddles, Foos Ball and Sofa Sleeper

★PET FRIENDLY
This pet-friendly haven welcomes your four-legged friend and ensures every member of your family feels at home. Inside, you'll find marble or hardwood floors, and a pet station with pet blanket, water bowl, waste bags and a take-home leash.
Please ensure your furry friend is groomed and on a flea program. Sorry, no cats allowed.

A rear enclosed patio is perfect for al fresco dining, with space for eight and a BBQ for entertaining family and friends. There is also a fire pit table with seating for 8-10 just outside the enclosed patio where you can also dine and enjoy the view.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Nestled just north of Neptune's Net in Deer Creek Canyon, this serene retreat welcomes you with open arms. Here, you'll encounter deer, foxes, roadrunners, and a charming raven couple residing at the road's summit.

HIKING:
Peace and quiet reign supreme, with an abundance of hiking trails at your doorstep. Embark on a fantastic hike down Serrano Road, leading you to Boney Mountain, Sandstone Peak, or Sycamore Canyon. Along the way, don't forget to stop at the Vintage Market to stock up on essentials for your adventures. We'll even provide you with a map of Serrano Valley; the trailhead is just a quick 5-minute drive away.

THE BEACH
At the bottom of the hill lies Deer Creek Beach, while Leo Carillo Beach and Zuma Beach is just a short 10-minute drive south. Or head north to Sycamore Canyon where they have picnic tables There are plenty of options, depending on whether you want to surf or relax with a romance novel. Grab the wagon, some beach chairs and boogie boards and head out to your beach choice of the day!
