You can't get any closer to the beach than this. Relax with the family on this first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach front condo. Enjoy a 180 degree direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comes equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa. The front door is 10 steps away from a heated pool. The back door leads right out to the seawall and beach. Refundable Damage Deposit

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 30 days before check in for summer. Winter cancellations are 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

Please note that our condo is only one of 74 units at the Island House. Each unit is privately owned, however some owners elect Island House to manage their unit's rental. We ask that you are respectful of the Island House staff, and respect that outside of our rental they can not assist with items such as housekeeping, extra items etc.
