If you have a late flight on your check out day, and if we have no other bookings for the day of check out, we can extend your check out for the rest of the day for half the price of a full day. Just message us to arrange if this is possible, though we do not guarantee.



Luggage storage is also available. For transportation, you can just inform the caretaker and he can arrange for you to be picked up by tricycle in front of the villa for a minimal rate (100 Philippine pesos 1 way).



The property is limited to a maximum of 20 registered person occupancy by the government. We cannot exceed 20 registered persons at any given time. Nightly rates are good for a total of 20 paid guests only. There is a required P5,000 security deposit which shall be returned upon check out (less any damages and fees).

We are only 750 meters (10 minute walk) to the white sand beach of Karancho Beach resort which you can enter for a minimal fee of P200. The maribago seaport wharf is also only 5 minute drive away which is a great jump off point to do island hopping and the many water sport activities.

The Villa kitchen is equipped with complete utensils for cooking. 60" TV in the Karaoke room. Smart TV in Master bedroom. All TV's have access to Netflix and Youtube. Enjoy super fast browsing, streaming or work from home with super fast fiber WIFI with coverage in all areas of the house.



The pool is only 4 feet deep with another area that is only 50cm deep where children can play in or you can hang out in the chaise water lounge.



It is only 500m to the outside of the village. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, massage, money changers and activities right outside the village. For added safety, there is a brand new state of the art hospital 2 KM away.
