Come stay at The Fox's Den, a 2 bed/2 bath ground level villa in Ironwood Country Club. Two primary suites at opposite corners of the home, both with ensuite washrooms. Gorgeous mountain views from most windows. Well-equipped kitchen. Desk in primary bedroom if you plan on working and blazing fast 500/20 Mbps Wi-Fi!

3 minutes to the Living Desert Zoo, and 7 minutes from the famous El Paseo shopping district. Single/ground level unit, 1,271 square feet. Patio is steps from the pool and hot tub. The villa is attached on one wall. Gated complex with 24/7 security.

We had the most amazing stay at Sean’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sean was a fantastic host, quick to respond and so kind. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to come back!

Our second time at this location in Ironwood. Loved the pool and hot tub steps from the patio. Well stocked, great beds, and very quiet. Close to great shopping at El Paseo, and two amazing Italian restaurants. Sean ensured our stay was stress free and comfortable. I really liked how easily it was to set up my streaming services. Highly recommended.

Great place.. clean and spacious! Love the walk out back yard pool and hot tub. Walking distance to hiking trail. Great location near El Paseo for great restaurants and shopping! Love the gated community 👍🏼❤️

Sean is a pleasure to talk to and was very responsive to all of my questions. His home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. It's located in a quiet, peaceful, safe community. It has a resort like feel yet, is very private. We loved the pool floats he provides and used the pool often. We had the pool to ourselves each time. They truly thought of everything to make our stay so relaxing, comfortabe and enjoyable. I will be planning another trip to Palm Desert in the near future and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. 5 stars all around! Thank you, again, Sean. 😊

Eine tolle Unterkunft und ein wunderschöner Ort zum entspannen. 5 Sterne werden dem nicht gerecht. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sehr freundlich. Auch an den Ein- und Ausfahrten wird man zu jeder Zeit freundlich empfangen. Sean ist ein toller Gastgeber, Nachrichten werden sofort beantwortet und er erkundigt sich nach seinen Gästen. Die Kommunikation ist persönlich und man hat nicht das Gefühl einer von vielen zu sein. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, wir haben nicht eine Sache vermisst und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Sean buchen.

Excellent host & a great stay! Host (Sean) was very informative, helpful, and had exceptional response time. We wanted to extend our stay by a few days - though the home was already booked the host went out of his way to search for another rental across the street in the same community & send us the link. We really enjoyed our stay, the beds are both very comfortable, home is well stocked in the (kitchen, pool towels, extra blankets, board games etc). Great location within the desert & great location within the gated community (right by the pool/hot tub). Highly recommend this host and his family home. Thank you again!

Sean’s place was the perfect vacation home. Very tidy, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and even a spice rack. The pool and hot tub are just steps away. We had a 5 month old with us and Sean was able to let us check in early when we arrived. 100% recommend and a great host as well.

5) No tampering with modem, router, or any smart devices such as cameras, doorbell, smart lock, thermostats, smart switches etc. Minimum $150 fee and immediate termination of stay without refund for non compliance.
6) Quiet hours between 10pm and 10am per city bylaws
7) Parking in designated carport only
8) Early check-in / late check-out must be pre-approved, is not guaranteed, and may come with additional fees
9) Copy of ID required before check-in details provided
10) Vacation Rental Agreement to be signed before check-in details provided

Payment Policy

Payment due in full at time of booking. Square invoice will be sent to the email provided, and you can pay via credit card or bank account.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit to be refunded within 5 days of checkout. All or a portion of the damage deposit may be forfeited for rule infractions such as additional guests, smoking, tampering with smart home equipment, including cable and internet. Excessive cleaning may as result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 7 days of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Notes

We offer a basic starter supply of coffee as well as toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoos, conditioners and garbage bags. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. We supply all linens, towels, washcloths, blankets and pillows.

BBQ and propane available on our private patio.

After the booking is accepted we will request a copy of your ID and your email address to send you a booking contract.
