House Rules:

1. No Smoking: No smoking anywhere on the property. If any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after guest checks out there will be a $220/day penalty fee.
2. No Pets without approval: max of 2 pets. Please pick up after your pets as our next guests do not want to find your land mines.
3. No Parties or events: this is a fabulous cottage in a residential neighborhood. It is not large enough for parties or events.
4. Additional guests: no additional guests beyond agreed upon number.
5. Provide identification: guests must provide identification upon arrival.
6. No excessive noise: including loud music, respect quiet hours.
7. Sand: Please rinse off sandy toes. Wash station provided at the bottom of the stairs.
8. Penalties: guests breaking house rules or creating additional costs for the host will be charged a fee. Examples of fees hosts will charge include fees for extra cleaning, additional guests, damage to the property, and late check-out.
9. No crime: no illegal activities or illicit drugs are allowed on the property.
10. No weapons. No weapons are allowed on the property.
11. Food: Please keep food in the kitchen or living area. No food or drinks in the bedrooms. Any food taken outside should be cleaned up when finished. On occasion, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest’s discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
12. Furniture – Please do not rearrange our furniture.
