Getting around

Public transportation and ride share services, like Uber and Lyft are non existent in DCL. There are tons of places to walk around the Marsh Hill area, keeping traffic in mind, but most places in McHenry are best reached via car. I f you have a large group, there is a Deep Creek Lake Party Bus that can be reserved for a night out on the town. There are also airport shuttle services in the area if you are flying to the area.

Renters must be 25 or older to rent this home. Rental agreement will be sent and signed using electronic signature.

House Rules

House Rules: Guest will be required to sign rental agreement for stay and to provide security deposit with a valid credit card hold ($500) in OWNER RESERVATIONS a property management software. Guest will have to provide copy of government ID. Minimum rental age is 25. NO smoking/vaping or 420 indoors or near windows and doors. Guest agrees to pay to remediate smoke damage if smelled inside the home. Must confirm guest count. MAX is 14 humans. Unregistered guests subject to fine outlined in rental agreement No events, parties, or large gatherings This property requires stairs and bedrooms are not all on the same level. This property has a swimming pool and is across the street from a lake. USE swimming pool, bunk beds and hot tub at your OWN RISK. Please be respectful of the neighbors by respecting quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Guest understands outside security cameras are in place for the monitoring of the house rules and any violations could incur additional fees. Home has a steep driveway and requires 4WD in the winter. Guest agrees to pay $50/hour for each hour before 4pm if they request early checkin and for every hour after 11AM for late checkout. If the guest utilized early checkin or late checkout and does not pay these fees, they agree AirBnB can withhold the money owed via the Resolution center. Please do not ask us to waive these fees. Payment Policy

A flat fee deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to checkin LESS credit card fees.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If less than 60 days prior to arrival, refunds are given up to 50% until 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations must be paid in full at the 30 day point and at the 30 day point, the reservation is no longer refundable.
