Along with your vacation rental, I can also help you book your activities, tours and adventures. We have been all over Mexico, but we just fell in love with Puerto Vallarta and the Icon. We knew the minute we walked in the door and saw the amazing views, that this was the place for us! We love the 23rd floor because the views are breathtaking of the entire bay, the sunsets are beautiful and we can still hear the sound of the waves when we sleep. DIRECTIONS: Lic. Gustavo D. Ordaz International Airport (PVR)
From the airport, head south. Follow the main road past the Airport and Cruise ship Terminal on the right. Get in the access road, the Icon will be two street lights ahead on the right. If the taxi driver does not know where the Icon is, tell them The Hilton Puerto Vallarta (it is right next door).

The Icon is located 10 mins (5 miles) from PVR.

From the North: Take Francisco Medina Ascencio Av. towards downtown. Switch to access road at Av. de Las Garzas. The Icon is on the west side. From South: Take Francisco Medina Ascencio Av. towards PVR International Airport. Make a U-turn at Av. de Las Garzas, switch to access road. The Icon is on the west side.

Uber is available in Puerto Vallarta. Taxi and public transportation (Bus) are also available.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

GO DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE ICON. The property manager will be tracking the flight arrival time and will plan accordingly to meet you upon arrival at Icon.

*Important* After clearing customs and immigration, proceed through the airport, DO NOT STOP or talk to anyone offering you are ride until you get OUTSIDE the airport. These are timeshare sales, not transportation. Once outside, you can grab a taxi for about $250 PESOS (approx. $20 - USD or less) You will be "ZONE 1". Feel free to contact owner regarding other transportation options/recommendations.

Please understand early check in and/or late check out may not be able to be accommodated and can not be guaranteed.

Overview of Condo/Property Rules
The following are a few guidelines we ask you respect in order to keep our home beautiful for all guests to enjoy:
- Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes); candles, incense, etc inside condo or on balcony. This will result in cancellation of your reservation. This is a law in Puerto Vallarta.
- Please dry your self before entering elevator/condo -floors are extremely slippery when wet
- Wash all sunscreen, oil, lotion, sand, etc off prior to sitting on furniture
- Please do not sit on furniture with wet clothes, bathing suits
- Please do not put dirty, sandy feet on the furniture
- Please turn off all lights and electronics when not in use as electricity is very expensive
- Respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum (all services will be shut off by security for failure to comply; you will have to pay the service fee to have it turned on)
- Do not tamper with door sensors; turn air off when the doors/windows are open for extended periods of time. The entire security deposit will be forfeit if the sensors are tampered with.
-Keep sliding doors closed at all times when not in the condo -high winds and humidity can cause damage.
- Use caution when sleeping with windows/doors open as numerous insects, mosquitos, and bugs come out at night
- Please bring in outside furniture cushions during heavy winds or rain.
- For your safety, watch children around balcony and bedroom windows
- For your safety, Lock doors when you leave
- For your safety, Do not share your elevator codes
- Please use the white beach/pool towels (not bath towels); please do not leave or lose at the pool or beach - there will be a charge to replace them. These are property of our home, not the ICON. They are embroidered with the condo number.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICIES READ CAREFULLY

For ANY cancellation, a $250 USD NON REFUNDABLE fee will be charged in addition to:

Reservations 1-13 days
Cancel 30 days before check in = 100% money received is refundable
Cancel 29-15 days before check in = 50% money received is refundable
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 14 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Reservations 14 days or more
Cancel 90 days prior to arrival = 100% money received is refundable  
Cancel 60 days prior to arrival, money received is 50% refundable  

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the owner with the possibility of a credit towards a future stay within the next 365 days. Certain dates may not be applicable.  
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS FOR CHRISTMAS, NEW YEARS, EASTER BOOKINGS.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, NO SHOWS or LATE ARRIVALS
Any cancellation requests must be IN WRITING and a confirmation of receipt will be issued. Refunds will be issued in USD.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of but not limited to family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. NO refunds are given for hurricanes, earthquakes or other natural disasters during your stay. **Trip protection is highly recommended during hurricane season June - October**
