This Mediterranean villa Can Pato is located in the 8,000m2 beautiful area in the area of Can Furnet.It is part of an estate of 3 building complexes, however nobody will live there apart from you, the other complex is only for the personal use of the owners.

Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet on the spacious sun terraces, let your soul dangle in the sun or look for the shade under the extensive sun sails! A small chill-out house surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants invites you to dream.

On the sun deck there is a great BBQ area with a small outdoor kitchen and a fridge, as well as an outdoor shower (hot/cold) and a toilet.

The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. There are 2 bedrooms, one in each of the two complexes, with a double bed, air conditioning and each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet, two living rooms and an open American kitchen with dining area.

There is a wonderful breakfast terrace in front of the house.

Washing machine and dryer are available for use in an annex behind the house.

WLAN connection is also available.

House Rules

No commercial use, no subletting, no parties.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.

Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.

In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.

Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.

The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Payment Policy

Please transfer / wire in time as we process other bookings in parallel and you may lose your reservation after the given date (maximum binding reservation period)! We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal & Credit Cards with an additional 4% fee. If you are transferring the money from abroad, please note that you have to pay the bank transfer fee additionally.

Cancellation Policy

Termination / Cancellation between the booking date and 30 days (exclusive) before the
start of the holiday -Cancellation fees = 50% of the total amount of the holiday.

Termination / Cancellation between the 30th day (inclusive) before the start of the
holiday and after - Cancellation fees = 100% of the total amount of the holiday
