Situated in the west part of the island, in the dreamlike coast of Cala Compte and Cala Conta one can enjoy the villa "Can Mar" with breathtaking views across unspoilt countryside to the open sea and ofcourse the legendary sunsets! The beach of the Cala Compte and Cala Conta is a comfortable 15 min. stroll away and easily manageable on foot! This tastefuly established villa resides on a large 16.500 m2 plot directly to the sea. Relax yourself by the large pool terrace with BBQ, a little outside kitchen, outside shower and a roofed patio with meal area.



All rooms have aligned balconies with views to the sea. The villa is constructed on 2 floors; in the upper part of the house there is the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom comprising bathtub, shower and toilet. Next to the very light and generous living room with open fireplace, there is another dining room with American style kitchen and breakfast terrace. On the lower part of the house are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and also a bedroom with 2 single beds. Also from the lower part of the house one enjoys the sea views from all the rooms.

Emplacement idéal et au calme. Très beaux couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse. Le coin piscine est très agréable. Un peu juste en équipement et rangement dans la cuisine. Ménage pas nickel à notre arrivée. Arno à été réactif dès que nous avons eu besoin de lui. Bon séjour pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants.

Wunderbar grosses Anwesen, welches einen traumhaften Blick zum Meer bietet!! Der Pool ist klasse und für eine große Gruppe (7Erwachsene,1Kind) ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden , im Haus aber auch im Aussenbereich! Es gibt in der Küche genügend Geschirr und eine Vielzahl an Koch Utensilien. Ein zusätzlicher großer Kühlschrank bietet ausreichend Stauraum für Getränke. Die Lage des Hauses ist nur 25 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Außerdem sind viele schöne Buchten in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Rückmeldung des Gastgebers kam immer prompt. Einzig das nicht so optimale WLAN wäre zu erwähnen ( mein Sohn hatte bei einer Telefonkonferenz einige Probleme) Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent séjour chez Arno ! La villa est très belle et vraiment bien située avec une vue imprenable qui offre les plus beaux couchers de soleil ! Sans aucun doute une très bonne adresse sur l’île ! Les chambres sont bien, seul bémol peut être sur l’équipement de la cuisine qui se résumait au strict minimum. Mais cela n’a pas entaché notre séjour. Je recommande

Una casa con unas vistas impresionantes, y cerca de playas preciosas como Cala comte o cala basa. La casa muy limpia y bien surtida de las cosas necesarias. Deben mejorar internet, nosotros estuvimos 15 días y prácticamente no pudimos usar el wifi porque al parecer se habían acabado los metas que los propietarios tienen contratado, así que si se va con idea de utilizar Internet yo acordaría antes de la llegada la seguridad que se va a tener wifi. Quitando eso, lo demás todo de sobresaliente:casa, ubicación, anfitrión ....

Cala Comte was the best beach we visited while in Ibiza and the villa we let from you was the perfect vantage point from which to access it. Not only that the villa itself was perfect for us and our group. We particularly enjoyed the pool, the outdoor cooking area, but perhaps the most enjoyable aspect was sitting on the terrace during the sunset. Many thanks from myself and my family.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.

Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.

In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.

Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.

The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
