Indulge your cinematic cravings in one of our two movie theaters, where you can enjoy the latest blockbusters or your favorite classics on a massive 100-inch 4K TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound and fully reclining genuine leather seats. For culinary enthusiasts, our retreat boasts a chef's kitchen with a double stove and cooktop, and a downstairs kitchenette for added convenience. Of course, we also have an outside griddle for your BBQs.

We converted a massive 700-square-foot garage into a heated/ventilated game room, with huge all-glass garage doors that open fully. Inside we offer a full-size limestone pool table, poker table, foosball, air hockey, darts, several arcade games, Xbox with a couch and seating area and even a bar.



Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the covered hot tub, swings overlooking the mountains, and the large real wood firepit for your smore-filled evenings. We had an exceptional Christmas stay at this property! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. Our kids were thrilled with the arcade room. ♥♥♥ Our group had 12 adults, 2 kids, and 1 baby with loads of room for more. The property offered plenty of amenities to keep kids of all ages busy and happy. There were comfy little nooks for visiting and the flow of the entire house provided for comfort, privacy, and quiet. The kitchen aptly handled a steady flow of food preparation and catered meals. The extra parking behind the barn was appreciated. And the host Veronica, well, she was a doll. So pleasant, she’ll make you feel right at home and was unbelievably quick to respond to our questions. The town of Asheville, with the hurricane 6 weeks ago +\-, has put together one heck of a recovery!!! We attended a family wedding at the “The Barn at Honeysuckle Hill”…beautiful ceremony! Other places we visited were the Salt Face Mule Brewing Company, the Moose Café, Luella’s Bar-B-Que, and The Stoney Knob Café. Way to go Asheville! Our hats are off to your resilience, and we wish only the best for your community in the days to come!

THE BEST!!! I cannot say enough good things about this property and the property's host, Veronica. A brief review: The property: extremely close to downtown Asheville (10-12 minute drive), so many entertainment spaces on site such as the barn (with a full karaoke stage, dart board, etc), the garage (with arcade games, pool table, poker table, etc), pool; if you have a larger party, lots of gathering places (fire pit, front porch with table and sofa, etc) and lastly, if you want to stay in for meals the large kitchen/grilling and cooking amenities The host: Veronica is by far the best host I have had when renting. She was very proactive: checking in with me even before I had gotten on my flight to Asheville; extremely accommodating: we didn't have any firewood for the fire pit on property, Veronica informed me the closest store that sells it and that she would pay me for the cost. She truly treats you as her "guest" in terms of hospitality, where as many hosts treat you as a renter.

The place is great - tons to do, huge yard, and only a 10 minute drive into town. Veronica is a very responsive host and made sure to be available if we had any questions. Would definitely come back! Plenty of room specifically for wiffle ball, which was great. The other team kept hitting it over our LF's head because he didn't realize how much space there was behind him. You would think he'd back up after the first time it happened or even the second, but honestly that's how much room there was in the yard - tons!

We had an exceptional Christmas stay at this property! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. Our kids were thrilled with the arcade room. The state-of-the-art TVs made family movie nights fun. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our holiday truly special. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

overall we had great time. internet was a bit spotty but the host did a great job communicating and trying to walk us through some fixes. the place was as advertised and we very much enjoyed our stay. the kids loved playing in the barn.

Hi Tomas, yes you are 100% correct on that. We ran Starlink for two months after the hurricane, and this morning normal 450g p/s internet over cable was put back on. Love to offer you a free day in any of our properties for the inconvenience. ♥♥♥ Our group had 12 adults, 2 kids, and 1 baby with loads of room for more. The property offered plenty of amenities to keep kids of all ages busy and happy. There were comfy little nooks for visiting and the flow of the entire house provided for comfort, privacy, and quiet. The kitchen aptly handled a steady flow of food preparation and catered meals. The extra parking behind the barn was appreciated. And the host Veronica, well, she was a doll. So pleasant, she’ll make you feel right at home and was unbelievably quick to respond to our questions. The town of Asheville, with the hurricane 6 weeks ago +\-, has put together one heck of a recovery!!! We attended a family wedding at the “The Barn at Honeysuckle Hill”…beautiful ceremony! Other places we visited were the Salt Face Mule Brewing Company, the Moose Café, Luella’s Bar-B-Que, and The Stoney Knob Café. Way to go Asheville! Our hats are off to your resilience, and we wish only the best for your community in the days to come!

THE BEST!!! I cannot say enough good things about this property and the property's host, Veronica. A brief review: The property: extremely close to downtown Asheville (10-12 minute drive), so many entertainment spaces on site such as the barn (with a full karaoke stage, dart board, etc), the garage (with arcade games, pool table, poker table, etc), pool; if you have a larger party, lots of gathering places (fire pit, front porch with table and sofa, etc) and lastly, if you want to stay in for meals the large kitchen/grilling and cooking amenities The host: Veronica is by far the best host I have had when renting. She was very proactive: checking in with me even before I had gotten on my flight to Asheville; extremely accommodating: we didn't have any firewood for the fire pit on property, Veronica informed me the closest store that sells it and that she would pay me for the cost. She truly treats you as her "guest" in terms of hospitality, where as many hosts treat you as a renter.

The place is great - tons to do, huge yard, and only a 10 minute drive into town. Veronica is a very responsive host and made sure to be available if we had any questions. Would definitely come back! Plenty of room specifically for wiffle ball, which was great. The other team kept hitting it over our LF's head because he didn't realize how much space there was behind him. You would think he'd back up after the first time it happened or even the second, but honestly that's how much room there was in the yard - tons!

Great location even better house! There is something for everyone and plenty of space so no one felt like they were cramped! The house was available right on time and the host was very helpful throughout the stay, I will be renting again for our next trip to Asheville!
