Eagle Bluff Estate is the perfect gathering place, indoor & out, to host your large group of family and friends for any celebration or vacation. This beautiful 5,500 sq ft log cabin features 8 BD, 5 BA (sleeps 25+), two full kitchens, 4 living rooms, entertainment/game room, 3 fireplaces, balcony, 2 porches, outdoor campfire area and nature trails. This wooded 6-acre lot is located 20 mins. N of Wis Dells and 1.7 mi from Castle Rock Lake Beach - a place to call your favorite home away from home. Sleeping accommodations include 13 beds: 4 full beds, 2 convertible full couch beds, 1 queen bed, 3 queen futons, and 3 king beds. The 5 bathrooms include 2 jetted bathtubs, 2 regular tubs, and 1 stand-up shower.
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens including pots and pans, dishes, a Keurig coffee machine (BYO K-cups), an air fryer, a toaster, a teapot and tea, a small selection of spices, and more. One of the most loved aspects of the home is the open living room, kitchen, and four seasons room in the lodge featuring the wood-burning fireplace.
There is an indoor gas fireplace in the game room, an electric fireplace in the cabin living room, an outdoor campfire area (please bring your own firewood), a gas grill including supplied propane, 4 separate common area living spaces, a Roku TV in each bedroom and common living area with streaming services available using the guests accounts, a pool table, foosball table, craft / toy / board game area, a small library, working desk area, video gaming area with PS4 / Wii councils and games, one open balcony, two screened in porches, plenty of space to park passenger vehicles, trailers, campers, lake and land toys or RV’s.
If you plan on using ATVs or snowmobiles, please use public trails or roads that allow usage for ATVs. The properties to the south, east, north, and west are all private property and do not allow the use of ATVs or snowmobiles on them. Eagle Bluff Estate does not have trails for use for ATVs or snowmobiles either. Please refer to the county website for exact public trail locations. Our neighbors appreciate your cooperation.

Although we are extremely busy, we seem to find time to have quality time, dedicate to our businesses, and spend time with family and friends. We love life and live it to the fullest.
Our passion for helping people is shown by all of the volunteer work we do for our community. We love seeing people happy and succeeding. If you plan to travel around the neighborhood you can drive, bike, use ATV or UTV, snowmobile, etc. as the property is on a 55mph road. Downtown Mauston is only a 10-15 minute drive and has some restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and gas stations. There is an airsoft place a couple minutes from the house that is great.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
Check-in instructions and door access code will be emailed 24 hours before your stay. Access is through the screened-in porch. When entering, the cabin is to the right and the lodge is to the left. Both have signs and will have codes for each door.

Over 16 guests is a $20 per guest per night additional fee.
House Rules
The following list will cause immediate eviction from the property and termination of the booking without a refund. Guest agrees to pay a $500 surcharge for every violation of the house rules:
1. Tampering with any security devices
2. Ignoring quiet hours
3. Ignoring the maximum property guest count
4. Having a party (unless approved through Host)
5. Having illegal substances or underage drinking
Additional House Rules:
+ Fire pit: Be VERY careful to keep the fire contained inside the fire pit. No Large fires and please do not have a fire on a windy day. Guests must clean up the fire pit area after use.
+ Early check-ins are not allowed unless prior approval is given. However, there is space in the screened-in porch to store your luggage before your check-in time.
+ If you use either the gas or charcoal grill, please clean it.
+ General TV usage: All TV’s are smart TV’s. They have access to various streaming apps for your use. When you turn on the TV, select your check-out date and any accounts you logged into will automatically be logged out on your check-out date. There is a BluRay player & PS4 with DVDs available for your use.

+ PS4: Use Smart TV in the basement. Turn the TV and PS4 on. Use the input setting on the remote to select the input for the PS4.
+ Wii/Atari: Use Smart TV in the basement. Turn on the TV & set input to the appropriate setting for the Wii or Atari.
+ Space Invaders Arcade Game (3,000+ games):
To turn on the unit, turn on the power strip next to the side of the game council.

+ Four seasons room baseboard heaters: To turn the temp up or down on baseboard heaters use turn dials on the end of the heaters. These should only be used if the outdoor temperature is below -20 degrees. If you use the heaters, please turn them off before you check-out.
+ Basement gas fireplace: Turn the timer next to the fireplace for desired use. If done using the fireplace and it is still on, turn the dial to the off position.
+ Living room wood-burning fireplace: only use this if you know how to use it correctly. Please make sure the gas is off and the flu is closed after use. Please clean out the fireplace after each use. There is a garbage can and tools to clean the fireplace in the screened-in porch.
+ Balcony: The balcony can be accessed from two of the three bedrooms from the upstairs (east side of the house). Use the balcony responsibly and have no more than 8 people on it at any one time.
+ Screened-in porch east side of the house: The screened-in porch is accessible from the exterior door or through the east bedrooms on the main level.

Payment Policy
Half payment is due at the time of booking, the other half is due 60 days before the booking date.
Cancellation Policy
If Guest cancels the Booking at least sixty (60) days prior to check-in, Owner will return 100% of any deposit or other payment made by Guest. If Guests cancels the Booking between thirty (30) – sixty (60) days of Booking, Owner will return 50% of any deposit or other payment made by Guest. If Guest cancels the Booking less than thirty days of the start of the Booking, Owner will not return any deposit or other payment made by Guest and Guest forfeits and waives all rights thereto.
