- Please respect our neighbors and don't throw any parties or events. - No music or noise outside after 11pm - No smoking allowed inside the home. - No cats allowed. Unfortunately, one of us is very allergic to cats. However, dogs are permitted, but please approve them with us in advance. There are neighborhood dogs so please be responsible for your pet and please pick up after them. - Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Please turn off the AC when you leave. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please take care of the furniture. You will be responsible for any damages that exceed the security deposit. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please don't bring indoor furniture outside or vice versa. - Please do your dishes. - Please take the trash out before you leave. - Please do not park in the garage. The garage is mainly used as storage and is not used for parking. - Please NEVER flush any paper towels, hygiene products or other items of trash in the basement bathroom. The toilet require a pump system and is really best used for urinating. - Please avoid going into the storage room and boiler room in the basement. - Please also do not use the master bedroom closet. That is locked with our personal belongings. Use the pool and hot tub at your own risk. - Please appreciate that our pool is surrounded by many lush trees and leaves do fall into the pool (particularly in the fall) so please skim the pool with the provided skimmers and empty the two baskets opposite each other on the rim of the pool of any leaves or bugs as failure to do so could affect the ability of the filter from operating properly. - Swim at your own risk. - Use bunk bed at your own risk. - Renter, on behalf of renter, renter's guests, and renter's invitees agrees to hold owner of the property harmless due to injury from use of the bunk bed.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
