Holiday apartment in excellent location in Vuokatti, 2nd-floor apartment, built in 2022, by lake Särkinen. Views of lake Särkinen and the slopes of Vuokatti hill.

Total area is 53 m², bright living room/kitchen with lake view, spacious windows, dining group for 4 and working desk for remote working. Spacious bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Spreadable sofa bed in the living area, width 140 cm x 200 cm, for 2 people, 1 x mattress as an alternative bed.

Sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom/WC. Balcony with furniture (coming for summer 2023). There is also warm ski maintenance room on the ground floor (for shared use) and warm cage storage for sports equipment.

The building has elevator, the apartment is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Dedicated and numbered parking space with wall outlet, no. 15, next to the house.
Sorting of waste. In the middle of Vuokatti tourism area's versatile services, walking distance to hobbies and restaurants. Vuokatti Sports academy approx. 400 m, ice hall, swimming pool 300 m, cross-country ski tube 150 m. In the spring season, Skibus connection to the ski slopes from Sokos hotel parking lot (50 m). Spa Holiday Club Katinkulta, golf and bowling approx. 4 km.

The holiday apartment is at your use from 16 on the day of arrival and until 12 on the day of departure, also for the weekend bookings.

Bed linen can be rented, additional fee will be applied.
