Admir, and his place were great. Friendly, and always there if a question was asked. We stayed 3.5 months for a out of town work project. He helped arrange a regular cleaning schedule. He was even mindful of asking the team if extensions to the stay would be needed knowing we were there for a project. Very lovely host and a great place for the value.

Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Very clean and inviting. Admir was very accommodating with my strange work hours! The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The only thing you should be aware of is there is only 1 bed per room. The rest in the listing, are rollaway beds in the master closet, but they will fit in the bedrooms. Overall I would highly recommend and would stay here again! Thanks for letting us visit your home!

If you disconnect the internet, the outdoor cameras, or the smart lock you will be automatically evicted. All hours are quiet hours. Please be respectful of neighbors. No parties allowed on site. If there are any undisclosed guests, there will be a $500 fine per person. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 charge. Additional fees may occur if excessive shedding pet fur is left after departure. Please cover the furniture and guard against pet smell with pet grooming. Smoking is to take place outside only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine. Communicate problems at check in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy. Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to the home and the need arises. Notice will be given if possible. Cameras if present are placed for exterior of property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present. If a grill is an amenity at the listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it fix it; if you use it take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it put it back. Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it. No lit candles inside the house. We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels.
