Newly painted interior with new flooring and mattresses. You will love this home with the private pool with screen enclosure (yes, sun does get through, it is just to keep the pool clean from leaves). Not heated. Fenced back yard enclosed for privacy. Very close to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach (about a 5 minute walk or a few seconds drive). We have a golf cart you can rent.

Getting around

Only a 5 minute drive to Pier Park to the east or 5 minutes to 30A to the west. A 5 minute walk to the beach. We do have a golf cart you can rent for just $300 per stay.
