A car is needed to go up the mountain and chains required in snow season (please check weather before ascending). There is a trolley that takes you around the village area.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit of 5
Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and are monitored constantly for compliance.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. Maximum total occupancy is 5 and total vehicles permitted is 2.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7.

Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.

Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations:
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
You will be charged additional fees after check out if any of these rules have been violated or for any damages to the interior/exterior of the property. No smoking No pets No parties or events Check-out is by 12pm. Guests staying past check out time might be charged up to a full day’s rental at market rate unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

Payment Policy

We also accept payment through Zelle Or Venmo. A QR code will be provided once your reservation request is approved. Refunds, when applicable, will be sent in the same form of payment.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit will be refunded 7 days after checkout and only after confirmation of no damages or losses. If damages exceed the security deposit, the renter will be responsible to pay the additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days
before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days
before check-in, full refund for cancellations
made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Cleaning fee and security deposit will be fully refunded if reservation is canceled anytime.
