You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This 3rd floor room is a part of Kauai Kailani Condo's with an ocean view from your room. Enjoy the coastal breeze or use the air conditioner. The room is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. You'll also have access to the pool and rec. room w/ ping pong table during your stay. You are just just 100 feet away from the beach and nestled between historic towns of Kapaa and Wailua.
The condo is only 7 mi. from the airport and walking distance to restaurants, stores & marketplace. You can jump on a bike or walk historic trails right from the condo. Enjoy the historic Kapaa town where you are also equal distance drive to both sides of the island to explore many beautiful beaches, waterfalls, hiking trails, & excursions the Garden Isle has to offer. Just next door is Waipouli Beach Resort where you can sip a local-concoction at the Oasis Bar. There are no resort fees, free parking on premises, air conditioning, free high speed Wi-Fi, cable and a smart t.v.

We want you to know that this is the master bedroom in a condo. The door to the rest of the condo is locked from both sides and on the other side of the door is a half bath which is down a hallway, so you aren't near the living spaces of the main condo.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen. Es war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Strand ligt direkt vor dem Airbnb. Leider hat die Unterkunft keinen Balkon. Das hat uns etwas gefehlt. Der Standort ist sehr zentral zu Restaurants, Bar‘s, Shopping ect.

This is a well oiled machine. We loved the location and Kapa‘a and that you could walk to wonderful restaurants from the accommodation along the beach and waterfront. It was a great tip from Stacey to advise us to book the shuttle bus in advance to Ha‘ena state park. We found the Airbnb online information guide to restaurants and things to do in Kapa‘a very helpful. The accommodation was perfect for us, however it lacked Airbnbs personality, flair and warmth.

I will be as neutral as possible. Pros: - Near the beach (see the ocean from our room) -Near groceries, cafe, store and dinning -The room was clean -Wifi and smart tv -Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels -Reference book for kauai (beach, activities and restaurants) -Big comfy bed -fast communication with host Cons: -No reserved parking, some available not too far but if you arrive late you might not get one. - The room is in a previous appartment and you have a door next to the bed. You can litteraly see light coming from the other room and hear people talking, sneezing and even the dishes clancking. 3 mornings out of 5, at 5h45 am, people and child screaming woke us up. We had to knock on the wall for them to understand.Host was advice the first day but nothing has changed. -No parasol (VERY useful ) -No toaster. We knew it was only a room but it would of been very useful. -a/c was working so-so. Host adviced day 1 and tech was supposed to come but nobody came after 5 days

Response:Aloha Alexandra, we are sorry you didn't completely enjoy your stay. We try to provide basic necessities and extras including beach chairs, but I don't know why you kept on about us not having a parasol in the room (This is the third time you mentioned how inconvenienced you were by not having it), we occasionally buy them but they get broken within a couple weeks and most places don't provide them. If you heard any noise from the neighbors, it was not through the door and there was definitely no light coming through. The door is a special soundproof door that we sealed on all sides. No matter where you stay, occasionally a neighbor will be noisy. Last, we had a maintenance man check the ac the day after you messaged us and he couldn't find anything wrong. We even had an ac company come out and service the unit a few days after (which isn't easy to find someone to come out that quickly on the island!) We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and fixing things as quickly as possible.

the airbnb was pretty nice for 4 nights in Kauai. In Kapaa is nothing special to see, but the location was in the middle, so you have not too far in all directions.

Stacey was a great host- very friendly and accommodating to make the most of our Hawai’i experience. The beach chairs and towels provided were extremely helpful! Loved walking outside and having the ocean right there. We had peaceful mornings watching the sunrise from the beach, a 2 minute walk with coffee in hand from the room! Was great. The room itself is pretty outdated - carpet/bed/sheets. You definitely get what you pay for in quality. But we slept very well and comfortably which was all we needed since we spent a majority of our trip outside and on the beach!

Getting around

Car rental is recommended so you can explore the island. There is free parking on site. There is also a city bus that stops just next door to Kauai Kailani, however, you can't really explore the island using the bus. Scooters/bikes rentals are also available in town.
