*** IMPORTANT HOT TUB RULES***** - All guests must shower BEFORE using the hot tub. - HOT TUB is not the same as Jacuzzi bathtub. NO lotions/oils/bubble soap allowed! - Swimwear MUST be worn. - Kids 16 and under must be supervised in the Hot tub area. - Please do not bring food or glass containers in the tub. Plastic cups are provided. You can find them in the cupboards along with along dishes and glasses. - Please put the hot tub cover and secure it after use. - Please turn the temperature down to 80 degree after use and before check-out. - Hot tub are kept heated at 80degree. Guests can turn it to a desired temperature when needed. Please give it time to heat up. - Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover. - If you are pregnant or have health issues, please consult with your doctor to see if you should be using a hot tub. - Lastly, use the hot tub at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any reactions or illness you might experience following the use of this hot tub. Any direct damage caused to this hot tub by anyone should be reported to the owners immediately and will have to be charge. - If you are allergic to Chlorine or Bromine - Please do not use this hot tub. Additional NON-HOT TUB rules. - No Parties or Events whatsoever. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund. - No burning candles - No Smoking of any kinds inside of our home.. There will be immediate cancellation of your reservation and a cleaning fee of $500 per accident. You may smoke in the backyard. - Pet-friendly with extra fee of $150 per stay for up to 2 pets under 30 lbs (please message if your dog is larger). If your dogs shed a lot please try to keep them in the upper level where there is no carpet. - Make sure to keep your pets in kennel if they are left home alone. keep them off our furniture and beds. - While we welcome pets in our home, it is important to us that our property remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. Therefore, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors (especially picking pet droppings in the yard) If we find evidence that your pet has made a mess and it was not properly cleaned up, we will unfortunately have to charge an additional cleaning fee. - while we are pet friendly, we do not guarantee a yard is escape proof for your pet. Pet owners need to survey the perimeter of fencing upon arrival to identify any possible holes or escape openings. ALWAYS check the side gates to make sure they are closed if your pet will run free in the yard--you never know if the gate has been opened and not secured back by pool techs or landscapers. Be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard. - Please remove your shoes as you enter the home. Sandals and slippers are provided. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am. So please refrain from disturbing the neighbors. - Children are allowed. However, Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. - There are security cameras outside of our home. Please do not tamper with our security system. We don't normally watch them, but they are there mainly for insurance purposes if something happens. - Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless this is arranged prior to making the reservation. Discovering of Unregistered Guests will result in $100 per person/per night. - Standard check-out time is at 11 am, and the check-in time is at 4 pm. This window allows our cleaning staff to get your house in sparkling clean condition. - Sometimes if we could accommodate early check-in at no extra charge, we would; but no guarantee. Please reach out first for an arrangement. Late check out without previous agreement from the host might result in a $50 dollar charge for every 30 minutes. - No guns, or illegal drugs of any kind on the property. - Starter supplies Kit is provided for an extended stay to get you started - Please ensure you fully understand our cancelation policy, which can be found in your reservation details. Even the best-laid plans can change, and that includes trips on Airbnb. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic and the potential for travel restrictions in some states, and the unpredictability of travel interruptions, such as weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., AIRBNB now offer travel insurance at the time of booking, we strongly recommend our guests to take advantage of this and purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Our cancellation policy was created for situations such as this and can not be altered. You can learn more about travel insurance here: https://www.airbnb.com/d/travel-insurance - In the event that you need to change/alter your reservation please keep in mind that extending your reservation, approval is largely depending on availability. - If you need to move your entire reservation to a future date, please know that modification/alteration requests within 14 days of check-in will be denied and we ask that you would submit requests in advance 14+days from check-in. This is to be fair for your host as this will give the property proper time to get rebooked. - We do allow (2) Pets without extra Charge. However, we do expect that you would clean up after your pets inside and outside of our home. Picking up pets' waste in your yard IS NOT part of the cleaner's responsibility. If we find a mess from your pets left behind, we will unfortunately have to charge you extra for cleaning fee. Please refrain bringing your pets downstairs where we have carpet flooring. - Please crate your pets if you aren't home. Please try to avoid taking your pets downstairs where the flooring is carpet. Lastly, please keep your pets off the furniture. By helping us, you are also helping future pets to a free stay at our property.
