Relax and warm up beside a wood burning fireplace, chill on the comfortable queen sized sleeper couch, take a nap on the chaise lounge or grab a soft throw pillow and watch a movie on the Smart TV (Chromecast or AirPlay from your accounts on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and much more). The television entertainment system is equipped with a soundbar, and subwoofer.

A fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space providing all the amenities of home! Stainless steel pots and utensils, toaster, microwave, blender, a tea kettle and an electric hand mixer.
Our expansive coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar including a Keurig, French press, coffee grinder, Keurig pods, small batch artisan roasted coffee beans and an assortment of loose teas and tea bags.
The cabinets are stocked with plates, bowls, tumblers, coffee cups, wine glasses and beer mugs. A gourmet selection of salts and cooking spices from around the world!

Both bedrooms have Smart TVs, luggage racks, hangers, full length mirrors, a vanity mirror, extra blankets, lots of pillows, fans and air purifiers.
The main bedroom is is conveniently located off of the kitchen and has it's own private spa like bathroom. It is furnished with a very comfortable and large queen sized bed and a separate full size daybed with a trundle bed underneath. There are 2 Smart TVs one in the bedroom and one in the attached bathroom, extra pillows and a handheld garment steamer and iron.
The secondary bedroom is off of the main living area and is furnished with a full over full size bunk bed. This bedroom offers privacy as well as entertainment with the Classic Pac-Man Arcade game or chill and watch your favorite show using the adjustable tv that accommodates both beds.

A confirmation to your acknowledgement of the rules via an e-signed guest agreement, a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a security deposit pre-authorization are required within 24 hours or when booking a last minute same day reservation the above is required within 1 hour.

Guests will have access to the entire vacation home with the exception of a couple locked owner's closet.

Please plan accordingly, two cars are permitted to be parked in the driveway; there is no street parking or additional parking nearby. The driveway is paved.

Please note...there are cameras located at the driveway and entrances of the property. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Snow removal services are supposed to arrive within 24 hours of any snowfall more than 4+ inches, to clear the driveway and a pathway to the main entrance. Snow removal companies cannot guarantee a specific time the property will be serviced. Therefore, guests may have to shovel a spot to park if they arrive before the snow removal company or if it snows during their stay. There have been times in larger storms (2ft+ of snowfall) when snow removal can take longer. It doesn’t happen often, and our other guests have always been able to make it work. Just know that in those cases we are doing everything we can to get someone out there.

Chains or 4WD/AWD vehicle requirements are often in effect in order to enter Big Bear Valley. Guests booking a stay in the winter should be prepared for the possibility of tire chains being necessary to travel to Big Bear. This requirement is enforced by city officials and law enforcement. We recommend arriving before dark; guests arriving late during the winter months may encounter icy roads and long delays.

The home does not have central air-conditioning, but rather during the warmer summer months the cabin’s main living area includes a large portable floor AC unit. Central AC is not typical for mountain cabins. Powerful oscillating circulator fans are also provided in all rooms.
