Hot 1 bedroom located in cobble hill. 1 Block to Prime Smith St. This ground floor retail converted unit contains beaming hardwood floors, fixed oversized windows bringing in tons of light. The bedroom contains a quality 55 inch TV above the dresser/ optional. This area has the hottest restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Feel free to go over my guide book. 3 min walk to F & G trains, 5-10 min to Manhattan. Feel free to reach out for better pricing.

Dean’s place in Cobble Hill was just perfect! It was clean, comfortable, convenient & walkable to a really cute area with lovely shops and restaurants. Dean was super helpful, provided a great list of recommendations & was very responsive and accomodating. Highly recommend his place!! Excellent host!!

I was in New York with my son for a family visit and vacation. Dean's apartment is exactly as described. It is cozy and functionally furnished and is suitable for longer stays thanks to a fully equipped kitchen. There is good internet access and two large televisions with the most popular streaming services. Also, most reviews of previous visitors are right, praising Dean's apartment and mentioning the tenant above the apartment ;-) (read the other reviews and you'll know what I mean). However, we didn't find it any more disturbing and even got to know said tenant briefly. Dean is extremely accommodating and always has an open ear for his guests. You can reach him well via the message function in the Airbnb app, besides, he is quite often on site anyway. Thanks Dean for the comfortable accommodation in Brooklyn, so we had great days in Brooklyn & Manhattan!

Great place to stay! Location was perfect and felt like you were living like a local. There were a lot of restaurants nearby as well as a subway station to easily get to the city. The bed was really comfortable and the place was super clean. Only downfall was the neighbor upstairs was noisy but not the owner's fault. He did provide earplugs for any noise that might be disturbing at nighttime. I would stay here again!

We were in town for a wedding but had some free time to check out the city. Dean's place was great. He gave us some recommendations for things to do, and one of his brunch recommendations was fantastic. We could walk to various spots easily and were also near the F train, which was super convenient. All in all, it was a great stay!

Appartement très propre. Correspond aux photos. Bruyant parce que toutes les fenêtres donnent sur la rue et comme l’appartement n’est pas visible les gens ont tendance à s’arrêter, fumer et jaser sans savoir que nous les voyons et les entendons. Nous entendons beaucoup le voisin du dessus se déplacer dans son appartement surtout la nuit. Épicerie et métro proche. Dean répond très rapidement à nos demandes. Appartement bien équipé. Climatisation facile d’utilisation et silencieuse. Bon réseau internet.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten ausreichend Platz, schöne Räume, großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich, auch falls man Fernsehen möchte hätte man Angebot von Disney plus, Netflix usw. Öffentlich ist die Wohnung gut angebunden, die nächste Metro ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Lage war gut, lediglich die Nachbarn hat man ab und zu etwas gehört, vermutlich durchs angrenzende Stiegenhaus bzw. der angrenzenden Straße. Allgemein war die Wohnung hell und der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen!
