Location and Accessibility:

- Located in East Houston, 20 miles to downtown and 17 miles to midtown mostly highway.
- I10E and beltway 8 are just minutes away and so is Walmart and home depot.

The whole house is yours, no loud music outside after 10pm. Guest count needs to include any visitors also, staying or not staying doesn’t matter.

ALL SHOPPING IS WITHIN 2 MILES OF THE HOUSE.

1. Pool is not heated. It’s an outdoor residential pool and will have leaves and pollen some days. Hot tub season is November-April. Other times it might not be on.
2.Most people are used to commercial pools and residential pools have trees and other vegetation around and we do not own a pool cleaning company and can ask someone to come clean when few leaves fall in the pool.
3.Hot tub is kept 90-100F.
4.Our home is over 50 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside.”This is an old home so please don’t expect a brand new hotel like facility.
5. No parties or events allowed. All visitors need to be added to guest count, it’s $25/day/per person charge

6. Courtesy of 1 hour earlier checkin might be possible but anything more is $200 early checkin fees applies.
7. In summer there is a chance you will see bugs outside and some can come inside also. Unfortunately houston is roach capital.
