HOUSE RULES: *We expect guests to communicate with us before arrival and during their stay with us, so that there is no confusion and we all have an enjoyable experience. *We also expect them to tell us if they are missing something that should be there in the unit as per the listing. *Do not bring extra guest without booking for the correct number. Do not ask permission to invite guests after you check in. * Our listing highly recommend guests with children to not sleep their child under the age of three on the bed if the child roll off the bed in their sleep it will be your responsibility. *Quite time after 10:30 pm. *it's a NO Smoking house so we expect them to maintain this rule and Not smoke ( pot, cigarettes,vape ) inside the house or it will be direct violation of the house rules. * Please wear indoor shoes. Do not step on the carpet with shoes. *No food in the living area or on the carpet allowed. * Do not plug in multiple electronic devices in one outlet. * Please throw the excess toilet paper in the garbage bin provided . Only throw the used tissue in the toilet. * Please put plastic,glass,metal in the recycle bin provided. Papers should be separated. Ask for recycle bags for paper if needed. *Used kitchen towels, meat or fish wrappers are not recyclables. Throw them in the kitchen garbage bin. * Cleaning before leaving.Taking care of used plates, flatware, utensils and putting the furniture back to their original places. *Turning off the AC/ fan/ exhaust in summer time and heater in winter. *Lastly, before check out making sure to take their all belongings, throwing out the raw garbage from bathroom and kitchen. and leaving the recyclable items in their designated place.
