Refundable Damage Deposit

We require a security deposit of €150, which is collected to cover any potential damages to the property during your stay. This deposit will be held securely and is fully refundable, provided no damage is found and no additional cleaning is required beyond the usual wear and tear.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your check-out, after a thorough inspection of the property. If any damages or extra cleaning are required, we will notify you with details and the corresponding amount that will be deducted from your deposit. The remainder, if any, will be promptly refunded.
