Escape from the city in a nice oasis within a townhouse. Original shutters on living room windows allow for good privacy. Unit is fully equipped and guests have almost exclusive use of the backyard year-round. We professionally clean the unit after each guest.

Raymond e' molto gentile e risponde subito a ogni richiesta. l' alloggio purtroppo ha alcuni anni e anche l'arredo e le stoviglie e attrezzature sono un po' da rinnovare. Nel complesso esperienza buona ma le potenzialita' sarebbero molto meglio. Harlem e' un quartiere molto interessante ma si deve un po' entrare nella sua storia per poterlo apprezzare.

Excellent location, close to subway for easy transit or Uber/Lyft available within minutes. Could use new/better pillows, so if you’re sensitive to that, may want to bring your own. Spacious, with nice outdoor patio area, private entrance and on a quiet street but close to everything you could need for a visit to NYC but outside the hustle and bustle of midtown/downtown crowds which was nice.

Great host at a great price. The place was clean cozy and everything we expected from an Airbnb. My only complaint is that we didn’t do our research. Everything we planned on doing was in downtown Manhattan. Because of this, we ended up spending a lot of money and time on transportation. We picked this place hoping to save money on boarding… we ended up paying more with transportation expenses. Next time I will be getting a place closer to my attractions. But if that’s not your case, this place is perfect!

We had a really good time in Raymond’s apartment, it is very good accessible and you can even walk from there to the central park. We have been there with three kids and it was enough space for a couple of days. We felt safe there.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite cour intérieure, très coquette, tranquille et agréable pour déjeuner. L’air climatisée était très apprécié! Très près d’un super marché et du métro, près d’un parc. Points à améliorer: quelques accessoires de cuisine manquaient, le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et l’appartement était sombre. Nous étions une famille de cinq et ce fut un très bon séjour !

This is my favorite place in Harlem. I try to book it as often as possible. The proximity to the parks - Mount Morris Park and Central Park,, restaurants, shopping, transportation, in addition to staying in an historical building with original moldings, flooring and a beautiful backyard just make this place sing! Ray is very friendly and accommodating. He is extremely responsive. I highly recommend.
