This is a self-catering property and you will have access to your own private bar, billiards table, bluetooth party speakers, commercial kitchen, 2 living areas, 2 coonara wood heaters, dining room that can seat 50 persons, breakfast bar and living, outdoor undercover area that can seat 50 persons, your own private stage in backyard with night flood light to light up the party etc etc. Possibilities for an amazing celebration are endless !!

All bedrooms have air conditioning. Throughout the property, living, bar area and kitchen there are 6 split system AC units that will keep you cool throughout the hotter days.
Murray River is approx. 1 min drive. Close to Torrumbarry Weir, there is a boat launch as soon as you reach river. Bring your boat, motorbikes, caravans and park securely on private property and have fun.

Perfect place for a large group (around 32 people). 6 hotel rooms (with a queen and single in each) plus a 2 bedroom apartment (with a king and queen in separate rooms joined by a kitchenette). Plenty of room for kids to put their swags in the secure large yard, plenty of room for footy, cricket, ride their bikes etc . Great size outdoor undercover area. Inside the pub had 4 separate zones, but not really separate rooms, so can get noisy when all inside. The caretaker was great, very responsive and friendly. Can't drink water in hotel rooms but there was 1 bottle of water per person upon check in. Water in kitchen was a little discoloured so I'd suggest brining drinking water. The only negative was that the fridge space was inadequate for such a large group. There are a few chest freezers but main kitchen only has one standard household size fridge. ( Each hotel room has a mini fridge each). Overall we were all really happy with the place, and enjoyed our stay.

the lounge area is big great for a family gathering, but still needs a bit of a clean up from its former pub life.
