Hip & Chic Can Gertrudis is a modern holiday villa located in the heart of the island near Santa Gertrudis. Furnished with exclusive furniture, this family friendly holiday home is in prime condition.

Can Gertrudis is a perfect, modern summer residence that provides for unbelievable peace. The 15,000m2 property provides for 250m2 living space. Generously sized windows invite lots of natural light into the rooms. Ibiza City, San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis as well as Santa Eulalia are all less than a 10-minute drive away.

The Hip & Chic holiday villa Can Gertrudis comprises two buildings that are connected via a patio. The main house is entered via the extensive lounge style living room that comprises two spaces. The living space has a large dining table and a sofa corner with a fireplace. There’s a LCD satellite television in the sofa corner with a top-quality home cinema system. The very well equipped kitchen has a large American fridge and direct access to the patio. The main house also has a bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.8m), one badroom with double bed (2m x 1,5 m) and a shower bathroom.

The adjacent house, which was finished in 2015, has the large, main bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.8m) with en suite toilet as well as two bedrooms (2 x 2m x 1.8m) and a shower.

Outside at the pool house you will find the fourth bathroom with a shower.

Diverse chill out terraces, Balinese beds and lounge corners are ideal for relaxation, sociable get togethers or BBQs. There is a dining table for 10-12 people on the generously spaced patio with Pergola.

The expansive garden and terrace area is complete with exclusive pool with lighting, deckchairs, parasols, an outdoor pool, two gazeboes, one Zen meditation garden and a playground.

House Rules

No commercial use, no subletting, no parties.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.

Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.

In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.

Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.

The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

Please transfer / wire in time as we process other bookings in parallel and you may lose your reservation after the given date (maximum binding reservation period)! We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal & Credit Cards with an additional 4% fee. If you are transferring the money from abroad, please note that you have to pay the bank transfer fee additionally.

Cancellation Policy

Termination / Cancellation between the booking date and 30 days (exclusive) before the
start of the holiday -Cancellation fees = 50% of the total amount of the holiday.

Termination / Cancellation between the 30th day (inclusive) before the start of the
holiday and after - Cancellation fees = 100% of the total amount of the holiday
