🌴Welcome to our Hilton Head Island rental home!☀️ Our 3000sq/ft home sleeps 11 people in beds and has 4 bedrooms with 3 king beds, 3 XL twin beds plus a private loft space with a queen bed and extra den area with large TV and games. Pack and Play, Highchair and infant walker are also provided in home. The home has 3 1/2 bathrooms.



Our home is beautifully located on a lagoon waterway which provides a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee on the large brand new deck while watching the tropical birds and alligators. The back yard is protected from the water with a retaining wall.



Perfect home for families, golfers⛳️ and short-term seasonal renters. Discounts given for more than 7 nights. Please inquire!



The home is a short walk to a large community pool 🏊🏻 and you have 4 tennis 🎾 courts and basketball court free for your use! 4 bikes 🚲 are provided at the home and additional bikes can be rented at a discount through South Beach Bicycles.



The beautiful beaches 🌊 are a short bike ride from the home through safe bike trails throughout the island!



Other activities within walking or biking distance include golf ⛳️ at the many HHI famous courses, Harbor Town shops and dining, Sea Pines Forest Preserve for nature walks and fishing? Lawton Stables for horseback riding tours and petting zoo! Crabbing 🦀, fishing 🐠, alligator🐊 watching and dolphin cruises are a must😊!



Our home is available for weekly, monthly, or short-term seasonal rentals! June and July require a 7-night minimum with a Saturday turnover. This home is newly furnished, all new mattresses newly decorated and kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances. The kitchen is nicely equipped with high end All-Clad cookware, Cuisinart coffee pot with gold filter, blender for smoothies, toaster and plenty of place setting. There is a brand-new Weber propane grill on the deck. New flooring was installed in April of 2020. New HVAC was installed in June of 2020. August of 2022 new beds were purchased!

Beautiful Property with Perks!
The home was beautiful and the deck overlooked the lagoon which served as a wonderful place for coffee in the morning. The home was spacious, clean and convenient! We loved that there were 4 bikes included in the garage and tennis rackets to boot! Wendy, the owner, was very quick to respond and reached out the first day to ensure everything was in tip top shape. I will definitely be staying here in the future when coming to Hilton Head.

Family wedding
We loved the location. Our wedding was in Harbour Town so that was key. The house was well equipped and everything was ready upon arrival. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck overlooking the lagoon and also enjoyed s’mores around the fire. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We love sea pines and will definitely stay at this property again.

Beatiful home in a beautiful setting
We had a great family trip to Hilton Head. We loved the location and really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck to watch the action in the canal behind the house. Mullet were regularly jumping and there was a blue crab that was fun to watch. We even saw a bald eagle in one of the trees behind the house! We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things in the house that needed addressed while we were there but Wendy was quick to take care of them. All in all, we had a great stay!

The lagoon in the back of the house is definitely entertaining watching the wildlife and sunset! The slider lock and the trash shed locks have been fixed and the shower curtain rod has been replaced. I have 2 lamps on order where the switches weren't working. I love to have great renters that will be my eyes and ears for my home so I can stay on top of things that need to be addressed. Perfect for multiple families.
Perfect location and space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking things. The garage had tons of beach essentials. Our party was composed of my parents, my brother’s family, and my family. We have young kids. It gave us enough space to spread out plenty of bathrooms for all of us but also under one roof. The deck was nice with a nice view of the lagoon. Very short walk to the pool and tennis courts. The pool was not crowded and clean. Very close to great restaurants and grocery store. The property owner checked in on us during our stay.

Family Vacation in Hilton Head
The house has a great location and a beautiful view off the deck. Enjoyed the walking trails, access to the community pool, and the nearby horses, plus the bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys in the garage. The kitchen was a good size and well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, updated appliances, etc., but we would have loved a few basics in the pantry such as salt, pepper, cooking spray/oil, and possibly a little sugar/sweetener. We enjoyed sitting in the sun room and the grill on the deck was awesome and ready to go with gas in the propane tank. We also loved all the skylights and the natural light inside. The house needs some TLC in some areas inside and the deck has areas with splitting/loose boards and peeling stain. The SC weather is tough on it, I’m sure. There had also been a recent storm that had shredded both the deck umbrella and the canopy on the gazebo over the grill, which we made the owners aware of. We had an issue with a major amount of sludge build-up in the top loading washer that both the owner and I addressed with the property manager. A maintenance ticket was put in for it, but after a couple days with no action we ran a number of “basket clean” cycles with vinegar and wiped out the basket several times so we could use the washer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the area.

We appreciate you making us aware of that situation from the storm that happened in the couple days leading up to your stay. As stated in your welcome packet, we normally have our pantry well stocked with cooking spray, spices, olive oil, sugar and salt & pepper. As soon as I read your review, I ordered a fresh supply of pantry staples. I apologize that my property manager did not alert me to those items needing to be refreshed. The clothes washer has been taken apart and thoroughly cleaned. We now have a sign to keep the lid open so it thoroughly dries in between renters to prevent this from happening in the future. We do have plans for a deck remodel with composite decking for this upcoming winter. We need several weeks of open time in our rental calendar to meet the contractor's needs. We really appreciate your suggestions for improvement and work really hard to keep our home in tip-top shape and appreciate your feedback! We would love to have you as repeat guests in the future and we offer a repeat renter discount for your next stay with us!

Heritage Week

I wish you would have called about the master shower as it is just a tricky handle and you do not spin it to turn it on, you have to pull the handle out then spin the handle to adjust the temperature. It is different than the other two showers in the home. Sorry you had difficulties with that, and I am available 24/7 for my renters to answer questions and am able to resolve maintenance issues quickly.

Heritage Week

Thank you for amazing accommodations during our Sea Pines stay over the RBC Heritage week. We could not have asked for a better location to the course and 9 adults fit comfortably in this home. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. The home was fully stocked and had a gorgeous back deck with a water view. Highly recommend! Bonus points for being pet friendly and for the bikes on property....top notch week!

Great location

Beautiful view The shower in the master did not work

Thank you for your review and are so happy that you inquired about staying with us again in the future! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and loved the view! I wish you would have called about the master shower as it is just a tricky handle and you do not spin it to turn it on, you have to pull the handle out then spin the handle to adjust the temperature. It is different than the other two showers in the home. Sorry you had difficulties with that, and I am available 24/7 for my renters to answer questions and am able to resolve maintenance issues quickly.

21 Spartina Quiet and relaxing
