Beautiful 2 BR condo located on a resort property that features 3 pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Indoor Track, Sundeck, Grill Area and much more. Short walk to the beach. This top floor unit features modern decor, full kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV and Wifi throughout. King Bed in the master with en suite. The guest room has bunk beds with a trundle for more. Everything you need for a beach vacation and minutes to Dining and Entertainment!
There is a long boardwalk to the beach, a golf cart trolley service is free certain hours of the day, seasonally. It is about a 12 min walk, but once there you really don't have to go back to the condo. Coco's at the Beach our onsite restaurant and bar has restrooms, refreshments and sand volleyball!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jeremy’s Airbnb! The place was well-stocked with everything we needed, from sand toys, a skimboard, and a kart to easily tow everything to the beach. The sweet surprise upon arrival was such a thoughtful touch! The neighbors were friendly, and the showers were great. We enjoyed playing the board games provided and relaxing in the comfortable outdoor sitting area. Our kids especially loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, and we all enjoyed the restaurant, bar, and store on-site, which were incredibly convenient. Some of our favorite moments were walking to the beach on the pier – just beautiful! The location is quiet, but you don't feel like you have to tiptoe around because the walls are well insulated. The 24/7 security was a nice touch, adding to the peace of mind. Highly recommend for a great family getaway! Thank you so much Jeremy for your hospitality, and we truly hope to get the opportunity to stay again.

1st trip to Hilton Head
We stayed here on our first trip to Hilton Head. We knew there would be a walk to the beach (about a half mile from our apartment to the ocean). The beach wagon, chairs, and sun canopy were much appreciated The beds were clean and comfortable. The unit was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive. This is a great unit for friends and families. While we didn't use the tennis/pickleball courts, we did take advantage of the outdoor pools (it was too gorgeous outside to be at the indoor pool). The pools have showers available to rinse off and the boardwalk area have hoses to clean sand off chairs, wagons, etc. Additionally, the resort itself was well kept and secure. It was convenience to be able to purchase ice at the resort entrance, as well. We look forward to another visit to Hilton Head Island!

We loved the place. Jeremy made sure we had the info we needed and he was proactive and responsive. The boardwalk to the beach was shorter than it appears in google maps. There was a shuttle, but we always walked for the exercise. The beach wasn't all that crowded. The Coco's bar/restaurant was convenient. I really liked the indoor pool in the adjacent building. That was really nice after spending all day on the beach. The resort was convenient to Kroger. It was only a mile or 2 away. The elevators were nice, but I also used the stairs a lot for the extra steps. I would like to stay here again and recommend it. Next time we may rent bikes or bring our own.

Family vacation
My family of five loved staying at this condo. It had a lot of amenities to offer. The kids enjoyed all 3 pools, track, and tennis courts. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. The condo was full stocked with everything you need. It was a wonderful place to stay.
