- Quiet Hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am - Please, strictly no more than 10 guests (this is to include 8 adults maximum). Groups of more than 10 will have booking cancelled immediately with no refund. This includes guests arriving on site to hang out. No more than 10 persons at any given time on the property. - 2 dog pet fee is a non-refundable $200 charge for the length of the stay. 3+ dogs is an additional $200. - Do not move any furniture. A lot of the furniture is heavy and is hard for cleaners to move alone. An extra charge will be made if cleaners must move furniture back to original positions. This includes outdoor deck furniture. - Always be sure to shower prior to using the hot tub, and never bring glass to the pool or hot tub area. Plastic stemless glasses have been provided for you in the kitchen. Rules broken that result in the hot tub having to be drained due to excessive oils from tanning lotions and various skin care products, or broken glass, will be subject to an additional $250 charge. - Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1500. - Absolutely no wood burning in the fireplace.
