With over 3,400 ft² of internal space, over three floors, with three double bedrooms and bathrooms, the scale of this dream home is both large and luxurious. It incorporates, for instance, a plunge pool leading into the living area. The finest finishes and the quiet setting ensure that life here appeals to those interested in living well. The three bedrooms are air conditioned, the main living area is not, and a maid visits the property three half days a week.

While the Villa is quiet and offers expansive living space, it is also on the doorstep of Barbados' oldest settlement (Holetown in St James) - the site where the English first came ashore in 1627. Today Holetown is a heritage site and a compact but busy hub - the heart of the island's dynamic West Coast. The owners wanted a home that was large enough that they could spend a day kicking back without in any way feeling claustrophobic, but also wanted to be able to walk to some of the best beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and amenities that Barbados can offer.

That's what the Villa offers, uncomplicated, easy living. You will, therefore, find the Villa is within easy reach of spectacular white sand beaches, golf courses, polo fields, world-class hotels, restaurants and shops of the Platinum Coast. And to top it the entire Villa is a two minute walk away from the wider Limegrove development, a Life Style Centre at the top end of Barbados's tourist offer in terms of shopping, cinemas, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The beaches, Limegrove, everything that Holetown has to offer is all just five minutes walk away.
