This was one of the best AirBNB experiences in LA. Every thing was as pictured, working and pristinely cleaned up of arrival. Davi was a great host and very communicative and attentive. Hot tub and views a + and loved the small touches with the snacks, functioning kitchen stocked with oil, spices and nepresso. Will definitely come again!

Welcome to Los Angeles!

We're happy to host you. The address is 1601 Steele ave, Los Angeles, CA 90063. You can check in by yourself anytime of the day after 4pm, our check out is at 10am. We appreciate you treating our home as if it was your own.

When you get here you will see a black fence, please park on the street. There are always spots available next to the house. Just check the STREET cleaning signs for the morning time! To open the gate you don’t need a key, just pull the handle up. Watch your steps on the way down the hill. If you checkin-in when it’s dark, there are automatic solar lights as you walk down the stairs.

The entrance door code is 9292.

**The Cedar Hot Tub will be on and ready for your use. Please DO NOT open the panel and try to change the settings.

**Movie projector. When watching a movie please pull down the projector that is located on top of the dining table. Please make sure there is nothing on the table. The projector needs to be powered in the back, after that you can use the remote. We have Disney+ and HBO. If you would like to watch Netflix, please connect to wifi and you can stream it from your phone/laptop.

**Trash. We recycle our trash. There are three trash bins, the BLUE one is for clean plastic and cans and bottles. The BLACK one is for everything else. Trash bins outside are coordinated by color: blue is for plastic and bottles and cans, black one is for everything else. DO NOT throw anything in the green bin please.

When you turn the hot water on it might take up to 1 minute to get hot.**DO NOT THROW ANYTHING BUT TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET. It is very important. If you do, it will get clogged.
