Downstairs there is a spacious living room-kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds (from the bedroom access to sauna's shower room), sauna, shower room (2 showers), dressing room, separate toilet and a covered terrace on the side of the fell. Downstairs is partly accessible for handicapped. Strips for wheelchair are available on request in advance for a half meter high entrance terrace. If necessary, please ask Lomarengas for details before booking.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, upstairs also 2 single bedrooms. All upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet and shower. One bedroom has own balcony.
The dinner table in the house is for twelve people. There is wireless internet broadband. Storage and maintenance facilities for golf and ski equipment in separate garage. Sauna department has covered terrace.
A travel cot for baby can be reserved for an additional fee (also includes baby blanket, pillow, sheets and bath towel, the additional fee is valid for reservations made from February 1, 2024), a high chair is free of charge upon pre-order.
There is a 24-person conference and dining room between the apartments. In the room there is also minikitchen and video box. The room is available for rent at a separate price (the next door apartment can also rent the same space, then it can be rented according to availability). If customers book both apartments of the house, the conference space can be used without any compensation.
Both apartments have their own cold ski maintenance/storage room equipped with radiant heaters. The rooms have maintenance racks for cross-country skis. The size of the room is approx. 5 square meters. The room is lockable and the key can be found in the apartment.
For an additional fee, a 50-square-meter warm ski maintenance room with 2 ski maintenance racks for cross-country or downhill skis can be rented from the owner. Access to the basement on the A side from the outside.
A cold garage is also available for rent, e.g. for storing and servicing bicycles or for snowmobiles in winter. The location of the apartment is ideal for downhill ski and golf enthusiasts. Northeast Lift only two hundred meters away, as is the golf course office. The golf course no 18 is in front of the apartment a few ten meters away. The apartment overlooks lake Taalojärvi, golf course and Levitunturi.
Levi has several public beaches, the nearest Levijärvi sandy beach is 5 km from the cottage.
The apartment is also suitable for groups, two apartments accommodating a total of 24 guests (next door owner's other apartment 13579).
In summer and autumn time you can inquire about the availability of golf tickets from the owner.
A cold garage is available for rent, with the possibility of charging an electric car with the customer's own single- or three-phase charger. The weekly rental of the garage is €100, and it includes "reasonable charging for one car". Inquiries from the owner.

Why do I need to supply my credit card details again?
The payment of the reservation and the payment of the extra costs on the spot are two separate transactions. It is comparable to paying for a hotel booking in advance and then paying for the extra costs of the mini-bar on the spot by credit card.

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.
A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges:
A) up to 43 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
B) 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
Yes, it is possible to change your booking, as long as the desired holiday house/period is still available. There may be a fee to change your booking.
