Vacation in style in this swanky condo on the ocean! Enjoy a contemporary oceanfront experience at this pristine, centrally-located high-rise luxury condo in the heart of Hampton Beach. Condo building is the newest on the beach (2020).

Features unobstructed beach view from your private 5th floor deck, close to all the best restaurants, bars, Casino ballroom, weekly fireworks show right out front and more, with handicap access.

Note: No pet policy in the condo community - no exceptions, sorry.
Sleeps up to 6 in two recently furnished bedrooms with queen size beds (2nd bedroom features a high quality Murphy wall bed - great to use this room as both a bedroom and a workroom, den or playroom when the bed is up) and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Ideal for 4-6 guests.

Large fully furnished contemporary kitchen, modern and spacious bathroom, in unit laundry, large oceanside deck with a beautiful view of the beach strip, ocean and sky. Please bring your own linens and towels (Linens and towels provided for an additional fee).

Features elevator to the 5th floor, fully handicap accessible to and inside the unit.

Private parking for one vehicle and elevator access to the 5th floor condo unit.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You may check in any time at 4 pm or after, checkout time is strictly 10 am to allow our cleaners time to clean between renters. You will receive a 4-digit code for access to the condo before arrival.

Check Out: 10AM

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Renter who signs the rental agreement must be 21+ / no age restrictions on other guests staying at the condo

House Rules

Please do not hang towels, bathing suits or other items from the front deck railing or rear common balcony, and no personal property including beach chairs, towels, etc. to be left in the common areas or rear balcony. Please bring these things into the condo (or place in your vehicle). Strictly NO SMOKING on condo property, inside or on the front or back balconies - smoking only allowed outside on the public sidewalk and public areas off-premises.

No loud noise, disruptive activities or parties. Quiet hours to be observed from 10 pm - 8 am. No more than 6 guests allowed to stay at the condo. Violations of these or other condo rules may result in fines from the condo association.

Please bring towels, linens and toiletries; Linens and towels are available for an additional fee.

Notes

For weekly prime season rentals (June - September), standard check-in time is Saturday 4 pm and check out Saturday at 10 am.

This luxury condo is available off-season at a fraction of the rate of the summer rental season, available on a monthly rental basis from October through May, leased typically throughout the full off-season term; utilities are billed to the tenant during this period, inquire if interested.
