Please bring your own kindling for use in the starting fire. • If there is an electrical trip or power outage, please give us a call. House Rules Cleanliness • Dish soap, paper towels and household cleaners have been provided. • There is not a garbage disposal. Do Not put food scraps in the sink. • Please leave wet towels in the shower/tub. • Do not throw any trash, such as bottle caps or cigarette butts into the yard, over the fence or on the ground. • Please ensure the hot tub cover is secured properly after use. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Outside is ok, just do not toss your butts anywhere except the trash bins. Safety • There is a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. Noise • This house borders with our cabin rental and upper level, please be conscious about excessive noise if other guests (outside your party) are staying in the other areas*. *Avoid excessive noise after 10 pm to allow neighboring renters a peaceful night’s sleep. If there are complaints, we reserve the right to evict you from our property, which could result in loss of security deposit/rental amount. In case of any disputes, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as possible. NO Visitors, this rental is for two people to enjoy. Pets • Please pickup all pet waste outside. • Never leave pets unsupervised inside or outside. bring your own crate. • If your pet needs to be washed, please do so outside in the driveway using the hose. • Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their pets at all times. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow the rules. Please use common sense while staying in our cabin. Service animals are different from emotional support animals, Service animals help with disabilitys.
