Main House Rules Cleanliness • Dish soap, paper towels and household cleaners have been provided. • There is a garbage disposal. Ensure the water is running if you turn the garbage disposal on. basement does not have garbage disposal. • Please leave wet towels in the shower/tub. • Do not throw any trash, such as bottle caps or cigarette butts into the yard, over the fence or on the ground. • Guests must shower before entering the hot tub to rinse off any lotions, hair products, perfumes, or sunscreen. • Please ensure the hot tub cover is secured properly after use. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Outside is ok, just do not toss your butts anywhere except the designated trash bins. Safety • There is a fire extinguisher located on the wall in the pantry next to the stove. There are Firestop cans in the bedroom of the top level next to the air conditioner. Please be sure you’ve located it in the event of an emergency. • While we know bears and other wildlife live in the surrounding forests, they are rare to see. DO NOT leave any food outside to keep it this way! • you are renting a cabin in the woods, you might see bugs in the house, we do have a pest control company but the occasionally bugs gets in. Service animals are different from emotional support animals, Service animals help with disabilitys.
