The space can host a lot of people. If you are having a gathering we need to know exactly how many people will be on the property. lead guest must be 30 years old. Please let us know ahead of time if you need a later checkout time. $1 a minute after 11:15 if not pre approved. • Smart TVs you must use your own passwords. • Firewood may be available on the property, and is first come first serve. Please bring your own wood/starter/kindling for use in the fire pit. • If there is an electrical trip or power outage, please give us a call. Main House Rules • Dish soap, paper towels and household cleaners have been provided. • There is a garbage disposal on the main level of the main house only. Ensure the water is running if you turn the garbage disposal on. • Please leave wet towels in the shower/tub. • Do not throw any trash, such as bottle caps or cigarette butts into the yard, over the fence or on the ground. • If you do decide to take to trash cans lock the lid because the bears check daily. • Guests must shower before entering the hot tub to rinse off any lotions, hair products, perfumes, or sunscreen, or it gets gross quick. • Please ensure the hot tub cover is secured properly after use. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Outside is ok, just do not toss your butts anywhere except the designated trash bins. Safety • There is a fire extinguisher located on the wall in the pantry next to the stove. There are Firestop cans in the bedroom of the top level next to the air conditioner. Please be sure you’ve located it in the event of an emergency. • While we know bears and other wildlife live in the surrounding forests, they are rare to see. DO NOT leave any food or trash outside. There are bugs that get in the house. We do use a pest control service.
