We want ALL of our guests to enjoy their stay and feel safe. These rules are in place to ensure your safety, and the homes safety/availability for all of our guests. *A proof of ID must be supplied within 24 hours of making your reservation. Please send a photo of valid DL or Passport photo to match the name of the person responsible for the reservation. *Trash days are Tuesday & Friday. Make sure to roll cans to the road the night before as it runs early in the morning. CHECK IN-CHECK OUT: *Check- in anytime after 4pm on arrival date. Do not arrive early at the home disturbing previous guests or cleaning crew. Early check-in may be allowed, but not guaranteed. The lockbox code will be shared with the guest as soon as the home is cleaned, sanitized, and cleared for check-in. *Check-out no later than 10am on departure date. Late check out is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing, in advance. *NO HOLD OVER: By noon on departure day, you will be fined $150 fee and your personal belongings may be removed from the home. *There is no guarantee of ability to extend at the end of your reservation. Book the dates you need in advance! *PETS: Pets are allowed on the property with owner approval in advance. Aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited per insurance restrictions. Paid pet fee & photo of pets that will be staying is required. Pet must be potty trained, vaccinated, and free of fleas/ticks. Guests must clean up any mess left by their pets. Failure to clean up after your pet (including feces anywhere on the property, or any urine/feces in the home) will results in damage fees applied. Pet fee covers only the cost of steam-cleaning all soft surfaces such as sofas/rugs etc of any pet dander in advance of future guests that may have pet allergies. *The garbage disposal is only for small amounts of organic waste. Never put bones or solids in the garbage disposal. *Never flush feminine products down the toilet. *Never overload the washer or dryer. *Make sure to remove lint from the lint filter each cycle. *Absolutely no smoking in the home-including vaping. *Maintenance/repairs- In the event of any system/appliance/electronics malfunction during stay, immediately report to your host for repairs. Guests must allow access to property during their stay for any repairs that arise which can cause harm to the guests/property. *No discounts/refunds for bad weather, early check-out etc. *Turn off lights, lock windows and doors, and return key to key box before leaving. No parties allowed! The property may not be used by anyone other than people listed on reservation. Number of people in the home are not to exceed sleeping arrangements (8) without prior specific written approval. 4 cars maximum allowed. Trash must be removed from the home regularly and taken to the road on trash days. All trash needs to be removed prior to check out. Utility consumption: Please be mindful of electricity and water consumption. Never leave water running. Don’t leave HVAC system running with doors and windows open. Violating these rules are grounds for immediate removal, and/or fines.
