At Booking: 10% of Reservation total is due.
30 Days prior to Check-in: Remaining 90% of Reservation total is due.
7 Days before Check-in: $300 Security Deposit is due.
2 Days before Check-in: All parking passes must be paid for.

Guest will receive email reminder several days before each due date.

Guest is required to pay a $300 security deposit no later than 7 days before check-in.

Access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full. If the deposit is not fully paid by 5 days before Check-in, Reservation may be forfeited without any refund to Guest.

Security deposit will refunded within 7 days after check-out if:
- Guest has followed all Rental/House Rules, and
- There has been no damage to the property or its contents, and
- There is no need for additional cleaning due to Guest’s stay.

Reasons for loss of security deposit include, but are not limited to:
- Damage to the property or furnishings or any additional cost incurred by Owner due to Guest's stay.
- Missing linens or property furnishings.
- Exceeding maximum occupancy (8)
- Primary Guest being under 25 years of age.
- Excess dirt, staining, or other mess requiring extra cleaning.
- Smoking or vaping in the villa or on the balcony
- Any animals in the villa at any time.
- Not vacating the property by 10:00 AM on Check-out day (without prior approval).

More than 30 days before Check-in Date: Full refund of all deposits/payments minus 3% processing fee.
14-29 days before Check-in Date: 50% refund minus 3% processing fee.
13 days or less before Check-in Date: No refund

Rescheduling Option: If it is more than 13 days before Check-in, a Guest needing to cancel their reservation may chose to reschedule their visit for other available dates. The full amount that Guest has already paid will be applied to the total cost of the new reservation (which will be calculated at listed rates for the new dates). The payment then becomes nonrefundable for those new dates.
