Fitness center open daily 10am-6pm. Please obtain an access card from the Resorts front desk for entry to gym. A refundable $20 deposit and signed waiver is required.
Jamaica Joe’z Beachfront Bar and Grille is closed for the winter season.
Coconutz & Gatorz Pizza OPEN daily for take-out and indoor/outdoor dining service to include both food, full bar beverage service, and Family Style Meals!

BEACH CHAIRS & BEACH TOWELS provided for up to 2 guests.
Walk-up a few steps or take the ramp and elevator to your 2nd floor beach getaway. Condo is handicap accessible, located parallel to ramp and elevator, with no shared hallway. Perfect for rolling coolers and luggage as well! This end unit offers 360° views from your front and rear balcony. Located on the 2nd floor in popular C building, it is the closest to oceanfront pool, beach bar, & ocean.
Our condo has everything you need for a short stay, business trip or long vacation. Ideal for 2 guests, can accommodate 3 guests. Total square footage of our condo is 540 sqft. All the oceanfront villas on the resort are this size and can vary in layout.
Our full-size kitchen with pint size appliances is clean and perfect for preparing full meals or small snacks. We provide 5 cup coffee maker, filters & gourmet coffee.
Living space has a 42 Samsung smart TV, Bose bluetooth speaker, and secure high-speed WiFi.
Bathroom equiped with full-size tub/shower.
Beach equipment located in Hallway large storage closet in including chairs, cooler and boogie boards, basket of toys, beach games, ect. PLEASE wash sand off chairs and equipment each day and return where you found them. Will make locating items easier for you and guests that come after you.
Queen bed in the master replaced in April 2020 with a Zinus charcoal memory foam mattress. Full size closet with clothes basket, shelving and hangers. Laundry card and detergant provided in utility closet. You can refill money card at front-desk with cash or credit card, laundry rooms are located at the end of hallways on 1st and 2nd floors.
The lighted tennis and pickleball courts are top notch with tennis pro onsite. Basketball court and playground are located beside gym. Its an easy walk to the beach. Stop at Jamaica Joez by the pool when you are hungry, need a drink or just an ice cream cone!
Coconuts sports bar and Gators pizza restaurant are located on site, inside the Convention Center.
Please feel free to use whatever you find around the condo. We try to keep it well stocked with fun. All we ask is that you wash off any sand and return it where you found it for future guests enjoyment. If anything is lost or broken during your stay, no worries, just let us know, we very much appreciate it and understand things happen.
One $25 resort/parking pass is included in your stay. Please request any additional parking passes needed at least 24hrs prior to your arrival. Each additional parking pass is $25. Passes cannot be issued by security and must be issued only by contacting me prior to arrival. Guests visiting you during your stay may be called into security by utilizing the condo phone in your unit AFTER checkin.
Other items included in your stay: Sheets, bath and hand towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels. Starter toilet paper, toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, laundry card and detergant. We will provide enough to get you started or for a short stay. Extra can be provided for longer stays, please contact us prior to checkin

Check out is 10AM NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are found in the condo when housekeeping arrives, you will be charged a late checkout fee, cleaners will begin immediately.
DO NOT strip bed linens, comforters or shams. Please leave used beds unmade
If Sleeper Sofa was used, return to original position, remove and leave used linens on couch
Take ALL trash to the dumpsters
Wash and Put away all used dishes
Leave used towels hanging in bathroom
$10 FEE PER TOWEL MISSING OR DESTROYED
Turn AC to 77 degrees or Heat to 60. Turn off fans and lights.
Please feel free to leave usable items and we will donate them to a local pantry.
REPORT any damage or missing items during your stay. This will help you avoid losing your deposit.
Return furniture, games, beach equipment, pillows, etc. in the location that you found it
Double check for personal items prior to departure. We will gladly mail to your home for $25 per item returned upon request and payment received.
