The space
Boasting high ceilings and large windows, the natural light floods in and illuminates the stylish furniture. The fully stocked kitchen is a food lover’s dream, complete with everything you need to create your own culinary masterpieces, including a spices, K-cup coffee machine, blender, rice cooker, cold press juicer, pots and pans, food storage containers, and a pot coffee maker. Also, we have bidets in all three bathrooms.

Three beds comfortably sleep 6, extending to accommodate 9 with two twin rollaway beds, and a queen air mattress.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is a serene and spacious escape, with a plush king bed and a luxurious en-suite jacuzzi tub that beckons you to unwind after a long day. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The third bedroom has a Full Sized bed.

Need extra space? Just ask! Two twin rollaway beds, a Serta Raised Queen Air Mattress with an attached pump and a Lotus Travel Crib are also available for use.

Take in the stunning views of the Austin skyline from the private rooftop patio, the perfect spot to bask in the warm sunshine or watch the city fireworks light up the night sky. This is a spacious, well appointed apartment in a fantastic location with excellent and attentive hosts. Comfortable beds and a really nice master bath with a big bathtub were highlights. Highly recommend!

The Kinney townhouse was clean and in a great location. I would definitely stay again. It had plenty of space for 5 adults for a weekend in Austin. A couple things worth noting: 1. You receive an invitation for the garage which requires you to download an app. The app is what controls opening and closing the garage which is the only way to enter or leave the listing. Using an app wasn’t ideal or convenient (not everyone wants to download another app and it requires having a charged phone which after being out all day sometimes can be a challenge). A keypad for the garage would be much better. 2. The house ductwork apparently connects with other units so the smell of green herb does waft through especially on the bedroom level. Not a deal breaker but worth a mention. Again, these 2 things wouldn’t prevent me from re-booking. It was a great house and in a great location. That outweighs 1 & 2 for sure.

Orenda’s place was great? So conveniently located by the plaza that had coffee, breakfast and other restaurants! It was clean and super easy to check in and check out of. The rooms were roomy and the beds really comfortable. Everything was really clean and it was a relaxing place to stay. The temperature was so perfect too! Even though we were there during power outages the power stayed on! Really enjoyed our stay!

This airbnb feels like a rather tastelessly furnished bachelor pad. It was clean (enough) - 2 robot vacuums, one on each floor, do not really do a thorough clean of the carpets (especially on the second floor). But the kitchen and bathrooms were quite clean. There is only one towel rack in the master bathroom as the hand towel rack was broken. But even if it weren’t, that isn’t enough for two guests. My most significant difficulty was that 2 oil fragrance diffusers and 3 plug-in air “fresheners” made the air almost unbearable. We took them out to the garage and opened windows, which made it OK, but gradually the underlying odor that was being masked emerged (I believe cigarette smoke). This airbnb is managed by a company, and their communications were quite responsive and friendly, though a bit propagandistic in their attempt to maintain super-host status. I would not call this a super-host Airbnb. It wasn't worth the fee charged, but nice to have more space than a hotel room.

This townhome was perfect for our month long stay. The office on the first floor was great for working from home, the kitchen had all the kitchenware and appliances, the beds were so comfortable, the host was super nice and responsive, the location was absolutely perfect - would definitely stay here again!

House Rules

No partying, yelling or loud music that can be heard from outside the unit. Our unit is equipped with a noise sensor that notifies us if noise is sustained above city ordinance limits. Although it hasn’t happened yet (thanks to the Airbnb community for being so wonderful), you may be asked to leave the unit if a disturbance to the community is observed.

Please take your shoes off on the first floor.
