The Property:
Close to it all!! 10 minutes to Lake George, Bolton, Chestertown, Schroon, and Brant Lake.

Fish, Ski, Hike, Paddle, Bike, and Snowmobile right from our house. Trails and water are everywhere nearby. Very private setting with the full ADK experience.

This home is a four season lodge on 5+ acres with seasonal views of Burnt Pond that sleeps 10-12. Stunning, custom-built contemporary with 3 full bathrooms (one on each level)

Bringing children? They will LOVE our woodlands bunk room downstairs and the attached game room to keep them busy, while you relax.

Main floor has a beautiful great room with hemlock beams harvested from the property, hickory floors, and Vermont Casting wood stove that heats the whole house. Large eat-in kitchen has custom cabinets and vintage stove. Spacious primary bedroom suite with hickory king log bed, walk-in closet, and your own propane fireplace.

Upstairs is a relaxing loft area with two more bedrooms, while the basement boasts a kids game room with bunk beds and sleeping futon.

-June 1st- Sept 1st (Summer Season) Sheets provided and included. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided, however, you will need to bring your own towels.

- Top bunks for downstairs bunk room intended for children only. No adults to sleep in top bunks.

-Automatic generator and radiant heat throughout.

This year, we decided to give the family an experience, and this home was absolutely perfect. The property and surroundings are stunning and private, offering a sense of tranquility that would be ideal in any season. The home itself is full of thoughtful touches that create a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect for a fun afternoon of sledding and exploring Chestertown, as well as a day trip to Lake Placid. The kids had a blast with the air hockey table, while I enjoyed the peacefulness and working on a puzzle. It was truly a memorable getaway!

I highly recommend staying at the Hemlock Hill Lodge. We had so much fun on a three day stay. There is a game room for kids young and old, plenty of board games and puzzles for some family fun, kayaks to go fishing with, a fire pit to roast your marshmallows and make s’mores. The home is warm, cozy, very inviting and was spotless. It’s tucked away but close to everything. Definitely check it out if you ever plan to go to the Lake George area! Amazing Stay in Brant Lake
My friends and I stayed at Hemlock Hill Lodge for my bachelorette. We absolutely loved it! The lodge was so clean and the perfect size for a group of 10. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was and that there was a grill and outdoor furniture. This place really has everything you would want for your trip to Lake George. It’s in a secluded area but only a short drive away from all the things to do around the lake. Highly recommend staying at Hemlock Hill if you are considering a trip!

“Hemlock Hill is a dream for families! ”
We just stayed at Hemlock Hill Lodge a few weeks ago and it was such a great spot—tons of room both inside and outside for my family of seven to spread out, and so much for the kids to do—there’s an entire game room with foosball, air hockey, and more, plus a whole shelf in there with lawn games to bring outside. There‘s even a creek on the property and a treehouse. I loved the big deck to grill and eat, and the fire table that meant I didn’t have to build a fire unless I wanted to (Because there is a fire out out back too!) It was close to so many lakes and hiking trails—the perfect base camp for your southern Adirondack adventures!

We are just 10 minutes off exit 24 or 25 of the Adirondack Northway between the towns of Schroon Lake, Brant Lake, Chestertown, and Bolton Landing. Snowmobilers have access to miles of public trails 1/2 mile up our road to the trailhead. Kayaking at all the nearby lakes and ponds including Burnt Pond or the lazy Schroon River just minutes away. Hikers can walk out the door and immediately pick up local trails or be within short distance to High Peaks. Mountain bikers can quickly access the Brant Lake bike park, ten minutes away. Skiers can make a short commute to Gore, Whiteface, or West Mountain, and those who fish are within short distance of Lake George, Schroon, Loon, Brant and Champlain. Great Restaurants, breweries, groceries, supplies, and fuel are all within 15 minutes. You really are in the heart of it all!

Weekend getaway

We stayed at Hemlock Hill Lodge for a yearly golf & hiking weekend. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Great house and the hosts were incredible. Highly recommend staying here.

A very beautiful home, and you can easily tell the owners care for the house and their guests. It is a very comfortable stay and made our groups trip very memorable.

Amazing Stay in Brant Lake

My friends and I stayed at Hemlock Hill Lodge for my bachelorette. We absolutely loved it! The lodge was so clean and the perfect size for a group of 10. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was and that there was a grill and outdoor furniture. This place really has everything you would want for your trip to Lake George. It’s in a secluded area but only a short drive away from all the things to do around the lake. Highly recommend staying at Hemlock Hill if you are considering a trip!

Definitely a beautiful home and great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to stay for your family or to spend time with your loved one, book it. Amazing Place!!

We had such a great time! Lindsay and John went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at either of their places. They have thought of every thing to ensure you and your family have a good time.

“Hemlock Hill is a dream for families! ”

We just stayed at Hemlock Hill Lodge a few weeks ago and it was such a great spot—tons of room both inside and outside for my family of seven to spread out, and so much for the kids to do—there’s an entire game room with foosball, air hockey, and more, plus a whole shelf in there with lawn games to bring outside. There‘s even a creek on the property and a treehouse. I loved the big deck to grill and eat, and the fire table that meant I didn’t have to build a fire unless I wanted to (Because there is a fire out out back too!) It was close to so many lakes and hiking trails—the perfect base camp for your southern Adirondack adventures!

Wonderful Place

Just as described, this place was perfect for our family. We had busy days exploring and then enjoyed playing games and making puzzles as a family. Plenty of room, yet a cozy feel. John & Lindsay were great with communication and any help if we had questions. If we travel back to the area, we would definitely rent from them again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
